Syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer gave a very ominous prognosis of health care in the United States, assuming House Democrats have finally mustered up votes to pass particular legislation.
On a special broadcast of the Fox News Channel's "Special Report with Bret Baier" on March 21, Krauthammer announced upon passage of health care reform legislation in the House of Representatives, we will have a different country and on the road to nationalized health care.

Ah. But what did Krauthammer actually do to expose this leftist piece of garbage? Krauthammer did nothing; wrote nothing negative beyond a policy-wonk type article. Krauthammer and his ilk have power to go deep and do actual research into the people who are running for president. Krauthammer accepted everything about Obama, everything about his past, everything about his education. He swallowed it all. Krauthammer and sooooo many other people like him could have stopped this cancer before he got to the Oval Office, but they chose to play nicey nicey.
I admire, but fail to share, your optimism.
If this nationwide groundswell failed to defeat this monstrosity, it is obvious the power goons who govern us have no intention of bowing to the will of the people. Ever.
Well said....I’m just one of the millions out here who does my job, pays my taxes, listens to talk radio, etc. ad naseum. I get on Free Republic when I’m really upset or angry to see what you guys are saying, because I know conservatism reigns here.
There are millions of us out here who don’t sit at computers all day so we don’t post much - but we are the invisible majority. I told a man at church this morning I haven’t been this sad for my country since 9/11 (we knew it was going to pass, who didn’t?) I cannot even express my sorrow and anger over what they are doing. I cannot believe those people are going to be allowed to control our lives, our healthcare, the future of our children and grandchildren.
We cannot give up - we are angry, we’ve had it, we’re Americans. What do we do? We don’t have the option of “not paying taxes”, as some on this site have said...my husband works for big bad oil, and I assure you they get their share of our tax money. And yes, we own guns, but we aren’t planning on going to Washington and shooting up the place.
We cannot give up on the idea that this horrible thing can be undone - we must fight. As GWB said after 9/11 - “we will not faint, we will not falter, and we will not fail”. Nothing is impossible if we stay united and get it done - YOU ARE RIGHT!

I love the idea, BUT.....they have 24/7 security and you will most likely be labeled a domestic terrorist for even touching their car to rock it.
They have the cards stacked against us.....at some point we have nothing to lose.
