Syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer gave a very ominous prognosis of health care in the United States, assuming House Democrats have finally mustered up votes to pass particular legislation.
On a special broadcast of the Fox News Channel's "Special Report with Bret Baier" on March 21, Krauthammer announced upon passage of health care reform legislation in the House of Representatives, we will have a different country and on the road to nationalized health care.

That is only assuming that the people accept it. Even the beneficiaries of this won’t feel it, unemployment will rise, the democrats might as well be setting themselves on fire. This law won’t be obeyed. States, and individuals are saying NO in large numbers. Some of it will live, some of it will die.
The American people always win if we stand our ground.

What good is that kind of talk? The Dems won this because they refuse to give up, they do whatever it takes to get their way.
We need to do whatever it takes to get rid of this bill and them. November is not that far away. We all need to work our butts off and get Republicans in office. Then we work to get this BS off the books.
Those who say it can’t be done probably also thought the Congress couldn’t legislate healthcare, abortion funding, and so on. Nothing is impossible if we stay united and get it done.
I feel so bad for my children....in debt, nationalized health care...and soon illegal immigrants who for the most part are criminals, rapists and diseased. This country died tonight.
Spoken by the man who almost endorsed Obama during the campaign. Krauthammer was awed by Obama, could barely contain himself after a speech The Won gave during the campaign. Sorry, Charlie. Your complacency and your unwillingness as a bonafide journalist to actually delve into the man who calls himself Barach Hussein Obama, has led to this debacle. You sat on your butt, just like every other GOP bigwig in Washington in 2008, and we can thank you all for giving us this nightmare. Journalism is dead; and Krauthammer is dead to me.
