Syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer gave a very ominous prognosis of health care in the United States, assuming House Democrats have finally mustered up votes to pass particular legislation.
On a special broadcast of the Fox News Channel's "Special Report with Bret Baier" on March 21, Krauthammer announced upon passage of health care reform legislation in the House of Representatives, we will have a different country and on the road to nationalized health care.

Benefits, if there really are any, will not kick in for four years and will not be fully implemented for eight years.
Taxes to pay for this fiasco will kick in next year and will just be used as an offset to the Deficit. When the program costs finally kick in, the Deficit will balloon to twice what it is today and the Health Care System will be paralyzed.
Oh yeah, just one other thing. The entire Legislation is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and it is destined to fail. Stupid is as stupid does, and they did it today.
Krauthammer was absolutely giddy the night fellow Harvard boy Obama was elected. I have never watched him, or the “4 experts” since.

I’m telling you to go to townhalls and other gatherings, and make your voice heard. Support the 10th Amendment cause. Support people like Michelle Bachmann and Sarah Palin. Reject rinos like Romney and McCain.
Keep your gun clean and stock up on ammunition, but don’t lose your mind, and don’t assault anyone (is this last one the part you’re arguing against?).

I contend that it doesn't make any difference if there is precedent in this case. My reasoning is because I believe precedent goes out the proverbial window when a nation is bankrupt and people are starving (coming soon enough).
I don't know what will happen, but I don't think we have to look to historical precedent in the forseeable future.
I wish it were that easy. Each time before we visit them, we have an agreement to refrain from any political discussion. Each time, you guessed it, they break that agreement. Usually it begins with “I know we aren’t supposed to talk about politics, but...”, which is then followed by whatever bomb they feel like throwing over the fence that day. I have kept quiet for eight years. Only once have they kept their word, this last Christmas.
I think the only way I am going to be able to keep my sanity is to stay away from them, and fight the socialist politicians on the local, state, and federal level.

In October, Obama will suddenly announce that he has learned that we are about to be attacked again and that he is declaring martial law. Wait for it.
Avoid liberals as much as humanly possible, for starters.
And take comfort that she's got four years before a single benefit will kick in, if ever. She's not stealing yet--she's rec'ing nothing for how she voted. And this bill will force her to buy insurance that she doesn't want to buy.

But the best route now is the Courts. Its unconstitutional on several grounds.
