Bill passes, becomes law, Dems get slaughtered like never before, Bill struck down as unconstitutional by SCOTUS (very likely IMO).
It's really a win-win. Discuss.
We have to get control and support the States and Lawyers that take this fight to the Courts.

Don’t count your chickens before they’re hatched. Democrats (mainstream and “moderates” both) aren’t the only enemy. Bills don’t normally get revoked. Entitlements never do.
The simple requirement to have insurance is unconstitutional. Unlike driving a car, life is a right, not a privilege.
Sure I have. Tell me, what other federal laws have mandated that citizens purchase something? It’s never happened. I’m very confident that such a mandate is unconstitutional.
Nobody has ANY idea what this is going to do to the markets inside of 24 hours.
I cannot wait to hear how the democrats explain why the unemployment rate has doubled inside of a week after passage.

Yep. For me, that is the kernel. It has been for a long time. I just didn’t think the dems would be this stupid to support something so utterly unconstitutional.
Wonder if Diktator Obama’s dressing down of the Supremes at the State of the Union show will come back to haunt him? Got some pretty pissed off justices right now. Might not be too charitable to O’s dictatorial takeover!
