Don’t fall for it Stupak. You should know that an executive order striking a line item in a bill would be deemed an unconstitutional act if challenged in court(and you can bet your bottom dollar NOW would be more than happy to be the villain).
Yep, and if Obama agress right now; as soon as you help pass the bill; he will be there killing the deal he made with you.

I don’t know how else to say this; but if I get cancer a third time(two of which I have survived)I will die without the medical care I have received. I hope I am not sounding selfish; but my life is important to me just as everyone else’s life is important to them as it should be.
