It did score to reduce deficit by something like $130B, but there’s something wrong with the years that supposedly happens and the assumptions presented to the CBO.

And Bobby Byrd may not have another wheelchair trip to the senate left in him, so they may only have 58. Besides, he could easily vote no, upset as he is with the notion of reconciliation being used this way.
