If I go straight up along the right side of the ear and in from the V part of the hairline I can see what sort of looks like a slanting line a little darker than the rest of the hair. Is that what you are referring to?

to me it looks to be a line of unnatural indentation....But I located the original photo that had us all shocked and it isn't in the same location.

We probably need to be taking an increasingly hard look at this issue. It has ceased being clear to me that the US can survive four years of this ****.

Exactly!

There have been many of us who have stated this for a long time now, only to be ridiculed by "fellow" (R)'s and conservatives. They'd tell us this eligibility issue is a non starter, it's not "winnable." That "we" should be fighting them on their policies...their agenda. See what that's gotten us so far? I'm certainly not saying that we must stop trying to fight them on policy and ideology. Simply, that the eligibility issue MUST take a more mainstream approach.

One thing people must understand...the progressive/socialist/marxist's have been waiting for this time for generations. Many of them don't care if they win their next election, so "threatening" them that they will be voted out in 2010 (or 2012) means little to nothing to them. It's all about implementing their ideology NOW and without care as to what the "people" want.

We must fight them on ALL fronts...INCLUDING the eligibility one! Don't forget, he's yet to prove he was born in Hawaii. Furthermore, even if he were born there, he was ALSO born the subject to the crown of her majesty the Queen of England. He inherited that from his father, even if born in HI. He was, at best, a divided citizen from birth.

We need to work on passing laws in a few big states requiring that to be on the ballot a candidate must present an official original birth certificate.

We will not get the courts to overturn the last election, especially after all this time. We can stop this from happening again.

If a person can’t get on the ballot in enough states he can’t win.

The last election doesn't need to be overturned by the courts. SCOTUS needs to clarify weather or not someone born with foreign citizenship can be a NBC of the US and thus POTUS eligible. In other words, the need to determine if he was/is eligible. If they find him not eligible, he can either simply step down (vis-a-vis Nixon), or, more likely, removed by federal authorities if he refused to step down. This is far bigger than any one politician or any one election.

If he is "allowed" to serve out the entire term and "merely" be voted out or disqualified during the next round...his precedent will have been set. Future POTUS candidates who were born with foreign citizenship will now be eligible (WAY past the grandfather clause). It would follow, naturally, that Naturalized citizens will be promoted next.

And yes, states must have something in place going forward, so as to prevent this mess from happening in the first place. However, a requirement to show a B.C., does not answer the question of weather or not people born citizens of foreign countries are NBC’s of the U.S.
