No it means you get $116,000 dollars in pocket from the insurance company who will now pay you, (sarcasm)According to the smartest President ever (/sarcasm), for the privledge of providing you health care. The first 100% drop gets you to zero and then you get 29 more 100% drops in cost according to Obama.

It is just amazing, that he isn’t using more “believable” unrealistic numbers like 40% or something. For a second or two in a moving speech it might get me. However, 3000% that is in the stratospheres of complete B.S.
