President Obama is getting some face time with two lawmakers who are skeptical of healthcare reform.
The president invited Reps. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) and Martha Fudge (D-Ohio) aboard Air Force One for his flight Monday to Ohio, where the president will hold a townhall on healthcare. Kucinich represents the Cleveland suburbs where Obama will be speaking.
Both lawmakers are liberals who are upset that the bill does not go far enough to crack down on insurance companies. Kucinich has said he is a "firm no," while Fudge is undecided.

Obama’s poster child for Obamacare..the woman with cancer who couldn’t afford her insurance. Doesn’t anyone note that even without insurance the woman is being treated and was admitted to a hospital. In the UK or Canada she may well have died waiting for specialized treatment and under Obamacare have been denied treatment.

A ride on White Trash One (whoops...can't call it that *now) is cool...but if they vote “yes” they'll be flying Southwest (in coach) after November.

LOL. So Hussein is buddying up to the people who think the health care bill is TOO CONSERVATIVE.
Hilarious.

Oooh, a ride on the big airplane!
That should do it for these morons.

The election of Democrats has consequences, whether in the national elections or in local and state elections. The best that can come out of this is that people realize just how rotten and horrible the Democrats are and how stupid this legislation is. The one thing and the ONLY thing that Democrats understand and will respond to is being put out of office. No letters will work. No outrage at townhall meetings will work. Don't believe the hype and BS that your elected officials listen to you. They do not. We must crush these folks at the next election and crush them in a way that they cannot ignore.
Peolsi and Co. aren't going to listen. They don't care about opinion polls. Pelosi is in a lunatic district and cannot be defeated by anyone to the right of Hugo Chavez. Harry Reid is going down to defeat and he knows it. He will be as belligerent as possible over the next few months. The Democrats are on a kamikaze mission.
The only thing we can do is defeat them badly in November. Then we are going to see Obama issue executive orders like a Caesar. He will become unraveled and only the most stupid and foolish people will fail to see him for what he is.

Kucinich and Fudge, how creepy does that sound?
To: opentalk
Kucinich has said he is a "firm no," while Fudge is undecided.Sounds about right. Obama needs to fudge the numbers a bit more.

Does that really work? I suppose my 10 year old son would agree to anything for a ride on AF1, but for grown Congressmen?

Did they get to sit in the Captain’s seat in the cockpit? Both get a pair of ‘official’ AF1 Wings? Presential Seal packets of Honey Roasted Peanuts?
