The content is irrelevant. Any federal version of health care on its face is unconstitutional since Article 1 Section 8 does not specifically grant Congress the power to regulate health care! This is the point people need to drive home with their politicians!

Problem is, too many people - never mind the politicos they elected - don’t care about the Constitution or think it’s relevant.
They already do so many things (and have done so for nearly 100 years) it hardly means anything anymore.
I like the simplicity of that. Congress should be discussing better chopper, drone, and humvee designs, not haggling over the cost of someone’s hip replacement or inhilators. Heck, our great leader doesn’t even know a breathalizer from Primatine Mist.
