0bama and his Democrats are working hard to bias the court against themselves for the next time some of their unconstitutional legislation is up for judicial review.

The USSC may be wrong on some of its decisions, but it needs to stay out raw, open politics. And (other than the political nature of appointments) politics needs to leave it alone so the justices can make decisions based on law.
I know the nitty-gritty working of the USSC is not perfect, but it is what we have.

Either this guy thinks the public is stupid or he is woefully ignorant of the laws that govern the very people he is supposed to be representing. The supreme court’s job is to know the constitution. This law was nconstitutional.
Harry, if it is such a travesty, get busy on that next constitutional amendment.
