That’s a large, busy station and this happened during rush hour.. there has to be one person that witnessed the event willing to offer a description to the media or post it online somewhere.

You’re welcome. In a more civilized era in the not too distant past, there was a shopping mall located inside the Pentagon. I never shopped there but I heard it was nice.

But- the training is- two to the chest- one to the head...then just keep shooting. SO- IF he’s wearing armor- it could have been a head shot that hit him seriously.

Strange indeed. We all know that foreigners never ever shoot our police officers. Foreigners love us. They would never ever hurt us. It's refreshing to know that an American citizen did this.

Could those reporters at least inform us with the shooter's hairstyle or fashion? Anything????? Why can't they do their job, be honest and stop the covering up. Whose side are they on anyway? We have the right to know what type of creep shot.

It is. How would he even know - unless of course they've ID him.

The body armor is just strange because the question came from no where, plus the guy's reluctance to answer it. If he was shot in the head, it explains why he's in worse shape.

There still a shopping area in the Pentagon, just inside the Metro entrance. Jewelry store, a Best Buy storefront, candy, flowers, optometrist, dentist, several banks, etc.

The body armor is something hospital staff would be the first to know, well, ambulance techs.

They would also note an Allah pendant.

Well, if the shooter was wearing body armor, it wasn’t all that effective, unless he was shot in the head.

I mean, reportedly, he’s in serious condition, right?

If my DH was there the perp would be DEAD. DH shoots to kill. During his last qualifying round he shot 49 bulls-eyes out of 50. The 50th shot was only about a 1/2 inch from the bulls-eye. He was upset with himself that he missed that last shot, but his chem gear fogged up, so he decided to just fire the last shot anyway.

That was more a blood feud (and with some just cause) than a jihadi IMO. His dad was killed by the Ruskies after the CIA left him out to dry.
