Honestly, Paul is probably a great congressman for his district. He's one of the few that isn't constantly trying to grow the government and I'd be perfectly happy with him as my own congressman. In fact I wish my own congressman was more like him. I'd also settle for Jim Bunning, who is more or less Paul's closest counterpart in the Senate right now.

But that doesn't mean I want Paul to be my president too. Different job, different duties, and different expectations of what I want from him.

Though of course they'd all be better than the marxist Zero.

Honestly, Paul is probably a great congressman for his district.

His precinct has stuck with him for a long time - through a ton of negative Democrat ads over the years. I could accept "Rep. No" as my congressman but certainly wouldn't support him for president. Wouldn't mind seeing him as Budget Director in some future GOP cabinet. That would scare the crap out of most Democrats. (he he)
