The TX-15 is heavily Mexican-American, and we won’t beat Hinojosa with an Anglo. That’s the reality of the situation. I was rooting for Garza, since he seemed to be a conservative with a good profile for the district and the other Hispanic candidate, Zamora, is a retread from past elections, but it will be Zamora in the run-off. I’m not very hopeful here.
Thanks. Didn't know about that site. It will come on handy. They are livid over Freepers exposing Adam Kokesh. So difficult to convince some people not everyone who says they are for liberty is.
Hey this thermometer tastes like sh*t !!
Ahem .................
Need to borrow my chainsaw?
I will respectfully assert that now, having been reelected twice, Perry will feel empowered and emboldened to do things that are quite different from what is on your conservative agenda.
See posts 380 and 398. conimbricenses has a pretty good handle on Perry.

I didn’t get to see Sarah until this morning but she was great!
I will take your comment to heart if you will explain to me what difference it makes whether delegates to any convention (precinct, county, or state) are Paulbots or something else. These Republican conventions are of absolutely no consequence as far as I can tell. Who cares about dinky resolutions to which no one pays any attention.
LOL - you guys are so predictable. You come right out of the chute with the insults and the twisting of words.
Go find a post where I said defeating the truther moonbat was the most important issue of the primary.
I did say it is important that we identify these Paul followers who are trying to inflitrate the conservative platform.
If you don't like that, too bad. I stand by that and will repeat it on here when it is warranted. Take another look; I believe your head is the one crammed up somewhere dark.
But if you want to sling insults and twist people's words to suit your little agenda, don't waste any more of my time.
Yes. They're trying to infiltrate the conservative movement with their moonbatty priciples. They do this by running Paul Cultists on the Republican ticket. These people make a great first impression, but a closer look will reveal their true agenda. They failed with Debra Medina.
They won't quit trying, however. Paulbots are all about swarming and spamming. And they'll probably be more careful after the Medina fiasco.
I'm all for LOTS of new, conservative faces in Congress and other offices. But we must be watchful and ensure that the Paulbots aren't trying to sneak their own in on us.
But go ahead and keep telling us that the truthers are invading. And perhaps that the sky is falling as well. Back here in the real world, sensible people know that truthers tend to disqualify themselves from the running and accordingly ignore them, while focusing our energies on real candidacies that matter...and defeating real RINOs that actually have a chance of winning something.
I'm not a huge fan of Perry's, though I did vote for him because the other two on the ballot were just out of the question for me.
But I wouldn't say conimbricenses has a great handle on Perry, either. She comes across as a bitter Medina supporter and is likely to tinge any opinions today with hurt and anger.
Perry's done OK by Texas and it's really the Lt. Governor and the legislature that wields power anyway.
I do not want to see Perry aspire to higher positions in Washington, however. I won't support him on any quests of that nature.
But you haven't pointed out where I said defeating Medina was the most important issue in the primary.
Go find that.
Otherwise, stop wasting my time.
1. Gardasil
2. Franchise tax hike
3. Hate Crimes law
4. Abortionist Xavier Rodriguez appointed to Supreme Court
5. Endorsed Rudy Giuliani for President
6. Flip-flopped on immigration after backroom dealings with the Mexican government.
7. State Chair of the Al Gore 1988 campaign
I'd say that Perry has done OK for Massachusetts. But for Texas? Surely you jest.
The truly important issue in this campaign was ALWAYS the record of Rick Perry. That's true of any incumbent. Yet you spilled your ink ranting about the phantom menace of Medina, who never really had a chance to begin with.
In doing so, you also gave Perry a complete pass (and you're still giving him a complete pass now as per your last post). It is therefore a valid assertion that you considered defeating Medina the most important issue.
You also said "you just reelected a governor..." which makes me question your understanding of what took place yesterday. We didn not reelect a governor; the gubernatorial election is in November.
I'll wager that you don't even live in Texas. And if that's the case, why don't you keep your nose out of our business? It appears that we are doing better than most of the lesser states, so perhaps you should go back to posting on ronpaulforums or wherever it is you came from.
And if you do seriously think otherwise, you probably need to have your head examined.
You don't know anything about my "actions." You're reading words that don't agree in lockstep with your thinking and your response is to hurl insults and make false accusations.
I have also never given Perry a "complete pass" and have been quite critical of him on various issues. You'd know that if you'd been reading my posts, but instead, you just make broad assumptions in a vain attempt to pull your foot out of your mouth.
Libertarian/Ron Paul/Debra Medina people can't understand that because they worship their candidates. They have to follow someone with a devotion that is bordering on mental illness and cannot see any flaws in them. And if someone else dares criticize them, you people become positively unhinged.
You're not the first of your kind to come trolling around here and unfortunately, you won't be the last. But with your attitude, I don't see you lasting around here much longer.
LOL - advice on how to think from someone who has to invent accusations and attribute false quotes to a person in an attempt to make her point.
You've been amusing, troll, but I have better things to do now. Buh-bye!
"Im happy he won tonight and I definitely hope he wins in November, though."
I also notice that you tend to accuse anyone who questions the wisdom of your Perry support of being a "Paulbot" or a Medina supporter, whether they are or not and in complete absence of any such evidence. That alone speaks volumes, considering that you are also accusing me of erroneously reading words into your actions (even though they are indeed there). I also find it ironic that somebody who claims to live in Kuwait is telling other people to "keep your nose out of our business" regarding an election in Texas.
But you're just one giant basket of contradictions now, aren't you.
"Im happy he won tonight and I definitely hope he wins in November, though."
True. He was leagues better than the other two and I certainly hope he wins in November. I sure don't want Bill White as governor anymore than I did the liberal KBH or the truther Paulbot Debra Medina. But you edited quite a chunk out of that post, too, didn't you? You really are disingenuous in your pathetic attempt to smear me.
You've lost the argument and yet you keep on ankle-nipping. I've noticed a lot of Libertarians tend to do that.
I don't live in Kuwait; I work in Iraq. I don't know where you got that erroneous information. Perhaps you need to learn how to do your homework before coming right out of the chute with the insults and accusations.
But regardless of the fact that I work overseas, I am a Texan and a voter. I am home in Texas at the moment.
Are you saying that members of our armed forces (with whom I work) shouldn't have any say in elections in their home states just because they are away from home?
You just keep digging deeper, don't you? LOLAY What blue state are you slinging all this cr@p from, anyway? Don't want to say? Too embarrassing?
