Disasters - earthquake, Tsunami, others - happening rapidly now.
Read Matthew 24. There will be earthquakes.....etc.
When we see these events occurring in increasing frequency it is because these are the "birth pangs" that we have been told by Jesus Christ Himself - would happen closer together in time as do the birth pangs of a woman in labor. The closer she gets to giving birth, the worse the birth pangs become and the closer together they come.

I believe but some of the stuff I read is flat out goofy and this one is in the top 5.

Like I said, quit looking for signs that aren't there and get on with the business of witnessing to others about Christ and his work in your life, not doom and destruction
These things are simply the beginning and have been happening for quite a long time......but I think we forget that the speed of communication across the oceans and around the world can make it appear things are happening faster.. when in fact the news of these things is getting to us much faster.
Jesus evidently doesn’t think it is a waste of time...so I’ll side with Him on this!
He sent His early believers into all the world to preach the gospel, to baptise all who would come to Him, and to make disciples of all nations!
That is exactly what HIS CHURCH is supposed to be doing - along with all the other good things it does.
But we cannot neglect our primary calling which is to take the Good News of His Gospel to every corner of the earth to reach every person we can possibly reach in order that they might be saved for all eternity!
Our earthly problems are certainly important and we are not called to ignore those problems not at all.
But we are ALSO called to bring whosever will come TO HIM!
That’s what this thread is doing - that’s what the Earthquekes and the other bizarre events are doing - that’s what the unuusal clouds are doing...that’s what Radio (BBNradio.org) and the Internet (colonial.org, facebook, oneplace.com to name a few) and that’s what Many churches are actively doing....which is just as Jesus COMMANDED those who belong to Him to do!
Join in - it’s actually great fun speaking to others about Jesus and eternal life with Him. Most are very appreciative of such discussions and information!
Just heard on Fox news - this 8.8 quake today is one of the most powerful ever recorded!
I pretty much can’t think of him without a HUGE GRIN on my face......
I envision him in Heaven. Now how in the WORLD can you be sad over that???

Test the Spirits

God’s Love and Ours

That was no missile test or if it was - wasn’t it unusual that it was only filmed in Norway’s skies? on that specific date???
Look at it this way....it’s NOT obsessing, but a way to witness our faith to others...
How would you even know if it were a Jesus cloud; have you ever seen Him to compare the two?
Give God a little more credit; He’s not that desperate and impotent that he has to resort making shapes in clouds. What is He, a carnival act?
Did the Easter Bunny see his shadow? If not we are not, I repeat, not, doomed. Oops, I think he did see it. Oh well, time to max out those credit cards.
We had this intensity and frequency years ago...it’s like the weather patterns that change, years in a clump that are warmer then those which are cooler. Though these are and have been it is still only the beginning...
Scaring people does not present the gospel Christ speaks of...though he warned people of Hell. Rather it is the internal working of God’s Spirit that moves people to Himself...pray for and with people, but scaring them is not a good idea.
It is sin that needs forgiveness and the Lord will do so for the asking...not earthquakes.
See God gave us funny little organs in our heads for a reason...
