Oh, he did. I know this because when he ran for president he had unpaid parking tickets here in Massachusetts going back years and years that were quietly paid. Visits to his illegal relatives? Probably getting "rear ended" by some guy!

“I love how Zero keeps saying, were not here for you to disagree, were here for you to agree with us.”
The problem is that’s not going to be the spin at 7:00 p.m. on TV tonight or on the front pages of msm rags tomorrow. Watch how this gets edited and spun. That’s why I didn’t want the GOP to participate. It’s not the reality of what’s happening now, it’s the perception the left-controlled media will create.

I can’t wait to see the headlines later today or tomorrow saying “Obama calls health summit to hear ideas; speaks for three of the six hours himself”
To: All
Somebody must’ve told Obama he’s intelligent. And he believed it.
To: Right_in_Virginia
I have no idea WHAT he’s talking about.
I go into a zone when he speaks- he’s a man without spark- he is uninspired.

CATO: OBAMACARE PRICE TAG IS 6 TRILLIONS
When we correct for both gimmicks, counting both on- and off-budget costs over the first 10 years of implementation, the total cost of ObamaCare reaches Im so sorry about this $6.25 trillion.
The former CBO director, Douglas Holtz-Eakin, warns today on the effect ObamaCare
will have on our economy and health care.
This bill will lead to a huge middle class tax increase:
The bill creates a new health entitlement program that the Congressional Budget Office
(CBO) estimates will grow over the longer term at a rate of 8% annually, which is much
faster than the growth rate of the economy or tax revenues.
Mr. Romney's subsidized coverage is meanwhile doing what entitlements do: crowding
out private insurers, compounding the cost explosion, walking the state toward rationing.
So long as the former governor clings to these central points of his health plan, he's on
the wrong side of free-market policy and public opinion.
This isn't going away for Mr. Romney either, which is why he'd do better by writing off
his own plan as a mistake that Democrats have made worse, and replacing it with a
proposal that deregulates and reforms the private market to lower insurance costs
(thereby achieving greater coverage).
From CATO (the whole article is worthwhile): Before RomneyCare was enacted, estimates of the number of uninsured in
Massachusetts ranged from 372,000 to 618,000. Under the new program, about 219,000
previously uninsured residents have signed up for insurance. Of these, 133,000 are
receiving subsidized coverage, proving once again that people are all too happy to accept
something for free, and let others pay the bill. That is in addition to 56,000 people who
have been signed up for Medicaid. The bigger the subsidy, the faster people are signing
up. Of the 133,000 people who have signed up for insurance since the plan was
implemented, slightly more than half have received totally free coverage.
Health Care Speechwriter for Edwards, Obama & Clinton Now Without Health Insurance
I'm a critic because what Washington is talking about doing
has made health insurance unaffordable in Massachusetts.

And the Repubs’ strategy is to bore people beyond belief with fact, after fact, after fact thus denying Obama the stage and the critical sound bite (”kodak moment”) he so desperately needs to try and convince a majority of Americans to support his very unpopular plan. The president loses big time.

Exactly!! I’m sucking up the bill for the test (dreaded high deductible, which I contracted for and believe that I made the choice - this is the year the choice wasn’t good). I’m not going to whine for getting excellent health care. And, I’ll probably pay more to fix my car and appliances this year than to pay for my daughter’s tests (Maybe there should be an Obamalaw for that/s)
