I listened to Obama’s speech the day he brought out his Jobs’ Bill. He emphasized two things that are at the top of his list of concerns - jobs and education. Both well and good, but I wondered when “education” creeped up to number two. Now I know why.

This is truly frightening. And we MUST be vigilant at the local level. Also, it would be great if we could get some high school moles in one of these programs.

This was on our LOCAL news tonight and the administrators were Oohhhing and Ahahhhhing over it and I thought about throwing up. My grandson was not a afraid to challenge the teachers or the class. I really thought he would get bad grades but he came out with a A- avreage. Of course his last year was loaded with industrial arts which he continued in Jr College...

Speaking of video I am going to star in a documentary about the new Skate Board Park. A class at College of the Redwoods is recording the community involvement and they sought me out as a Mover and Shaker aka a Rain Maker for the fund raising in the private sector. I think the digital recording took about 3.32 minutes in the alley behind the shop...
