Organizers of a new march on Washington are offering Americans the opportunity to show President Obama their birth certificates and declare that unless he produces documentation of his eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, he should quit.

The event is headed by Philip Berg, the first to bring court challenges to Obama's eligibility under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that presidents be a "natural born citizen."

While a number of cases, including several of his own, remain pending, Berg told WND today the issue needs to be pressed.

"Since the courts are taking their time to get to the point of allowing 'discovery,' it is time to motivate the citizens of the United States for a 'peaceful revolution' to expose the 'hoax' of Obama, the biggest 'hoax' in the history of our country, in over 230 years," he said.

Berg, who publicizes his cases through his ObamaCrimes.com website, said the planned "Birth Certificate March on Washington" will demand Obama resign.

Well first you start with his(Her) family. Then go by where he(she) was born. Between these two things, we can have a basis by which to JUDGE this persons opinions, beliefs, and gain some measure of just how this person would GOVERN!!!!! Is this person SOLELY for and behind the United States of America and the GOD GIVEN FREEDOMS she represents?!?!!

How can one ultimately judge whether or not a given man can be bought off? How can one measure whether a man will choose profit for self or profit for country? You start with where that man comes FROM.

The founders intent.... the FOUNDERS INTENT was to give America the best leadership they could. The best leadership that would side with AMERICA and no other place.

Is that Fair? Hell no! It wasn’t MEANT to be FAIR!!!!!!!! It was meant to DEFEND AMERICA’S INTERESTS!!!!!! There is no social justice in that! There is no equality! Its is about doing what is best for the NATION, the United States of America!!! Not France! Or Britain! Or Spain! It’s not meant to be FAIR to the other nationalities of the world! Or their peoples! It is meant to protect AMERICA!

There are THREE defined classes of citizen mentioned in the Constitution:

Natural born citizen

Person born citizen

Naturalized citizen.

All three listed enjoy every privilege and immunity afforded to every other citizen, however, the natural born citizen enjoys the additional privilege of being able to serve as the head of the Executive of The United States.

There is one more "class" of citizen mentioned in the Constitution: a citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution.

In spite of the fact that the Founders had ALL been born in what became the United States, they chose to raw a line of distinction between a "natural born citizen", and the natives of the Country at the time of the ratification (read creation) of The United States.

In fact, the Founders identified themselves as naturalized citizens who could be President.

Had they not done so, no one would have qualified.

I don't see "Person born citizen" anywhere in the Constitution. The Constitution also directly mentions male citizens, but male citizens are not a class unto themselves. (Constitutionally speaking anyway.)

There are only two classes of citizenship: native and naturalized. There are multiple paths to obtaining either one of the two classes of citizenship, but there are not three separate classes of citizenship defined in the Constitution. (But I can put up a fairly good argument that the FF intended natural born to be separate and distinct from native and naturalized.)

Citizens of the U.S. at the time of the adoption of the Constitution would have been naturalized citizens.

Y'know, I didn't see anything in a. thru d. that mitigated aganst Obama being a "natural born" American citizen -- if he was, in fact, born in Hawaii.

"Provided that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States" does not apply because a.) Obama wasn't born overseas and b.) his father was resident in the United States at the time of his birth.

I appreciate y'all working the problem. But, fact is, there's no case unless was born overseas.

I hate to tell you this, but as someone born in Hawaii, I KNOW that Hawaii would register foreign born babies as having been born at “hone” on the Islands in order to qualify for Welfare dollars from the Federal Government.

That is incorrect. In order to be a Natural Born Citizen, you need TWO parents who are citizens, and be born in the US. I believe Obama was most likely born in Hawaii. However that is not relevant. What is relevant is he was born with TWO citizenships, the very thing the founders wanted to PRECLUDE from a leader of the Armies, the CIC, POTUS. It by its very nature divides loyalties. There is your mother’s country and then there is your father’s ;oyalties. Thats divided loyalties.
