Organizers of a new march on Washington are offering Americans the opportunity to show President Obama their birth certificates and declare that unless he produces documentation of his eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, he should quit.
The event is headed by Philip Berg, the first to bring court challenges to Obama's eligibility under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that presidents be a "natural born citizen."
While a number of cases, including several of his own, remain pending, Berg told WND today the issue needs to be pressed.
"Since the courts are taking their time to get to the point of allowing 'discovery,' it is time to motivate the citizens of the United States for a 'peaceful revolution' to expose the 'hoax' of Obama, the biggest 'hoax' in the history of our country, in over 230 years," he said.
Berg, who publicizes his cases through his ObamaCrimes.com website, said the planned "Birth Certificate March on Washington" will demand Obama resign.

Because they simply paid the fee and this is what Hawaii issued, and no one gave it any further thought because it's a perfectly legal document, which rational people realize. The reaction to it proves the people still beating this dead horse won't accept any evidence, so why bother? They're self-marginalizing.
Have you seen the 25-30 item list of Obama’s records that they want? (I know you have.) We don’t have access to half of those records for other presidents much less presidential candidates. Their hatred for Obama has blinded them from basic common sense.

A simple petition to have him resign due to incompetence. I think this basis would be more widely supported.
As long as it is effectively disguising his British Citizenship at birth, he won’t release it.
It has proven too effective a distraction to let go of.
As long as people are NOT publicly discussing his British Citizenship, he will keep the BC under wraps.
Once people start publicly discussing his British birth and the fact that it and it alone is what disqualifies him, and makes him an usurper, then he will release the BC in an attempt to show “oh no, I was born in Hawaii to my white mom Stanley Ann” and try to gloss over his British alien father.

Based on the opinion of a bunch of people who haven't the slightest idea what they're talking about and believe any hack piece of blogged junk that tells them what they want to hear. Anyone who thinks you can proffer a forged state birth certificate to the nation and not have the affected state weigh in disputing that, as it is legally fully entitled and expected to do, is impervious to reality on this subject.
So again, why should Obama waste any time at all on them. They make the right look silly and are self-negating.
The reason he's President is because NBC is not generally accepted to mean two citizen parents. It is generally accepted to mean “born here.” There's a very recent court case citing Supreme Court discussions that says exactly that. Any court is going to say the same. You may not think that's right, but it's not at all controversial to the people officially charged with interpreting the Constitution.

I believe that the Indiana case was faulty and would be overturned on appeal. A single case in 255 years going AGAINST previous SCOTUS decisions is not weighty enough to overturn a huge weight of cases that clearly make the distinction between Citizen and Natural Born Citizen. Just because people have become so unbelievably ignorant to history and the specific semantic meaning of words, does not change the fact that SCOTUS sees a difference between a citizen and that of a Natural Born Citizen.
What is that difference?
A Natural Born Citizen has two parents who are citizens, and was born in the USA. This person can ONLY have one potential citizenship at birth, that of the USA.
A citizen is someone with a parent who is American citizen, or who was born in the USA, including such persons as Mexican Anchor babies. That person has more than one potential citizenship.
Because that second person, who is a citizen, has potential loyalties to another Nation, they are not considered to be Natural Born Citizens.
It is not my fault that this once common knowledge is not so commonly known now. For SURE it was known in the 1770’s. The founders included it for a reason, one that we must heed, or throw the constitution out and let the liberals do what ever they want to us. Run us all down with their soft and not so soft tyranny.
Don’t wonder for an instant why congress is discussing Health Care when they have absolutely ZERO constitutional right to pass a single line of law regarding it. It is an unconstitutional act they are contemplating. have you stopped to wonder for even a moment why they think they can get away with such a blatant violation of Constitutional law??
