If I’m not mistaken the 09 Lima program is where the Army was actively recruiting Arabic speakers for service in the Army and that is their MOS. I think the soldier who is still (last I recall anyways and I can’t remember his name, but it was an Arab name) MIA in Iraq joined the Army under that program.
