Ran into a “signature collector” who was obviously being paid. She had no idea what she was doing, could string a sentence together and obviously hadn't read the petition.

Without knowing much about this, it still sounds like an UPHILL push if Boxer is in trouble which she is. The same people who will up to vote against Boxer will vote against scrapping Prop 11.
