Dianne Feinstein was caught on tape looking at notes scrawled in the palm of her hand during a televised debate. Both news and footage of this mortifying history of hers have only recently been dug up in response to the liberal media's extreme overreaction to Palin doing the same thing at the recent Tea Party convention. Seems like Sarah Palin wasn't the only one to use the old tactic of looking at notes scrawled in the palm of her hand as a memory aid. In fact, you can even credibly say that she was only mimicking the antics of that California, senior senator, Dianne Feinstein, who had Palin beat by a good 20 or so years and seemed to set the "standard" for such activity! Of course, you won't hear the liberal, mainstream media give anything coming close to equal time with this embarrassment of Feinstein's since they are good, little lapdogs of the Democrats.

To “be written upon one’s hand” is also a metaphor for holding dear to the heart. If Sarah Palin doesn’t want to use index cards that’s her choice.

Being unable to put two sentences together coherently without a teleprompter is far worse than referring to a couple palm notes.
I think this story was just an attempt to make Dianne Feinstein relevant. Is Dianne Feinstein related to Steinwinder from boxing. Steinwinder always reminded me of someone braiding hot-dogs.

We were talking about this at lunch yesterday. I said “ Hmmmm, we never heard a peep about Feinstein’s hand notes from the media”, and our liberal friend said (in a snotty sort of way) “Feinstein wasn’t mocking Obama for reading from a teleprompter”. So that’s their answer.
Feinstein’s notes were in Latin - dontchyah know!

Sorry, six words of notes hardly compares with reading *everything* from a teleprompter, even in a grade school, saying 57 states, mis-stating history, saying CORPESman twice in one speech.

What would make this better is if we know of any commentary about Palin’s words on her hand. Did Feinsteine criticize Palin?
