A film that could potentially verify the historical accuracy of much of the Bible is getting a major expansion, causing its producers to be extra sensitive to modern political concerns and anxious fans to wait even longer for its release.
With a new working title of "The Exodus Conspiracy," the movie was initially targeted for release in the spring of 2007. But, despite about 10 years of work, the producers have not launched it yet because the scope of the project has increased dramatically. But the film's creators, while not wishing to reveal every detail, say the motion picture has grown tremendously, now beginning at the time of Abraham and ending with today's news headlines direct from the Middle East. It even includes appearances by Israeli President Shimon Peres and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
"We know how hot the real estate is. It's hot," said Pete Windahl, co-producer of "The Exodus Conspiracy." "We've got to be right."

It is there Mahoney and many others believe is the real location of Mount Sinai, even referenced in the New Testament as “mount Sinai in Arabia” by the apostle Paul in Galatians 4:25.
“It is a military-protected area with machine-gun guards,” said Mahoney.
Over the years, at least 13 different sites have actually been claimed on the Sinai peninsula as being the location where the Bible says God wrote the Ten Commandments with His own finger.

Mahoney’s movie is said to be packed with physical, archaeological evidence corroborating the accounts of Holy Scripture.
WND has previously reported on claims the actual chariots of the ancient Egyptian army who drowned in the original Exodus are still visible at the bottom of the Gulf of Aqaba.
Also included in the film is a “shocking” clip of an Arab mob destroying Joseph’s Tomb, the burial site of the Old Testament hero.
While the title is currently “The Exodus Conspiracy,” the producers admitted that may not even be its final name.
When asked why they selected the word “conspiracy,” Mahoney indicated, “It’s a big story, and even through time, there have been nations that have been conspiring against Israel all the time.”
Windahl added: “It tends to be a conspiracy of evil – perhaps not seemingly coordinated, but nonetheless, evil.”
The Muslims are going to love this. They have always insisted that Mt. Sinai is in Saudi Arabia and not the Sinai Peninsula. And here we have a film that agrees with them.
Go figure...
The entire Arab justification for 88 years of relentless war against the Jewish people in the Holy Land, and their efforts first to prevent the rebirth of the Jewish nation there, and then to destroy it, rests on the claim that the Jews are alien European “settlers” in the Holy Land, while the Arabs are the “indigenous” native population, who have lived there “since time immemorial.”
Archaeology that confirms the accuracy of the biblical narrative, and which documents the ancientness of the Jewish habitation of the land, is thus extremely inconvenient to Israel’s enemies, even though (or rather because) it concerns events in the remote past.
“This might be the biggest documentary in the world – ever,” said Tim Mahoney, the film’s director who also appears on screen, asking questions of Dr. Lennart Moller, a Swedish DNA researcher at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm and author of “The Exodus Case.”

How could a film prove the bible to be correct?

Yes, but if there is a Mt. Sinai, that means that G-d gave the 10 Commandments to Moses, that there was an Ark of the Covenant to house the tablets (and a jar of manna and Moses' staff), and that there was a Temple to house the Ark of the Covenant and to be the place from which the High Priest would lead the services commanded by G-d on behalf of the Jewish People.
So maybe the camel jockeys won't actually like it so much - not if they think it through.
I read about this movie a while ago and went so far as to write the producer and ask it had been released and if I could get a copy of it. It sounds facsinating. Never did hear from them and am so happy to hear that it it in the works. The way things are happening in the world, I wonder if they will be able to complete it. Another piece keeps falling into place. God have mercy on us and on the whole world.
I think they mean the film is just validating what already has been written in the Holy Bible.....
Many people are now looking for answers in the world in the Holy Bible not the MSM..About time...
How does a film get an “expansion”? Are they adding another bedroom and bath, plus a deck? Or are they treating it with pressurized air? Or yeast? And how does an “expansion” cause producers to be “extra sensitive to modern political concerns”? This is not really written in English.
Somewhere in Ethiopia is a church or site where, it is claimed, is the ark of the covenant. Just an interesting tidbit.
By "expanding" the time frame covered. Instead of just the Exodus it was expanded to start with Abraham and run all the way to modern times.

Then the word is “lengthen.” Or, perhaps, the film doesn’t “get an expansion,” but its scope expands. Could that be what they were attempting, badly, to communicate?
