Sen. Inhofe’s Family Builds Igloo for Global Warming Spokesman Al Gore in Snow-laden D.C. Tuesday, February 09, 2010 By Christopher Neefus
(CNSNews.com) – The family of Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) had some fun at former Vice President and global warming spokesman Al Gore’s expense over the weekend after record snowfall blanketed the nation’s capital.
The family spent Saturday and Sunday building an igloo near the U.S. Capitol building, and the Oklahoma senator posted photos of their handiwork on his Facebook page. They added signs to the snow dwelling that read, “AL GORE’S NEW HOME!” and “HONK IF YOU (LOVE) GLOBAL WARMING.”
Inhofe, the ranking Republican on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, is one of the foremost skeptics of anthropomorphic or man-caused global warming (AGW). Gore, on the other hand, produced the film “An Inconvenient Truth,” which helped to mainstream the issue of global climate change, and is a prominent proponent of curbing carbon emissions to try to halt it.

I really like this guy. I moved to OK from kalifornistan a few years ago and have been pleasantly surprised by some of our elected reps.
Now if we could get the dirtbag liberals and demonRATs out of Tulsa we'd really be onto something.

He is second to Dr Coburn, my favorite Senator and coincidentally also from OK. Inhofe has his good points, but he loves the pork as much as anyone in Congress. He has posed with more giant government checks than anyone in OK.

If the GOP had half a brain, and they don’t, they would promote Jim Inhofe for higher office....the ONLY decent American in the entire senate! He’s consistent, constitutionally sound, and CONSERVATIVE, but not enough flash and style for the braindead who will follow, as usual, whatever candidate the MSM gives them.....
Or for the republican party and too many freepers who just plain DON’T like conservatives! Face it.
