"Prove your case."
"I should prove, what, a birth certificate that may or may not exist?" Farah had gotten irritated. "Thats ridiculous. You dont even understand the fundamental tenets of what journalism is about, Andrew. Its not about proving things. Its about asking questions and seeking truth."
Breitbart tensed up after that insult. "Right."
"I know youre not a journalist, so thats fine. But dont diminish people whove been doing this for 35 years."
"So youre going to go on record saying that Im not a journalist?"
"Are you? Ive never heard you claim to be. Are you?"
"Ill let it be answered by you."
"Well, I knew [Matt]Drudge didnt consider himself a journalist, so I assumed that you were.
I dont know, Im not trying to insult you."
"You did."

I did not say it was. And there is no comparison between the two. It disgusts me when people compare truthers to birthers.
Would those "some" include the framers of the Constitution?
See the reference in #4, from a reference contemporary to the Founders, which defines Natural Born citizen as being born in the country AND having both parents be citizens.
The framers probably would not consider somebody who was born of a foreign father to be a natural born citizen.
Obama is praying that you're right.
>> Some say just by having a Kenyan father he is not a natural born citizen <<
His father wasn’t a Kenyan. His father was Malcolm X.
You'd think the doctor who delivered the "President of the U.S." or the attending nurses or staff would be jumping out of the woodwork to claim their 5 minutes of fame. That hasn't happened.
Sorry. But I don't think too much of people who want to run the country based upon what they think is a "winning issue." If people cannot or will not take a stand for what is right against that which is wrong, regardless of some poll or popularity essentially guided by the MSM, we are through as a nation.
If Andrew Breitbart truly said this, then I wish to have nothing further to do with him.

Am I the only one who sees no "politics" in this? Also, President Obama does not have to climb mountains to release his birth certificate.
We little people must release our long form birth certificates or we don't get what we need. (Yes, in those cases where none exists alternative methods are available.)
It's about fairness, common courtesy, equal treatment. He earned the right to have use of the people's White House and Air Force One -- but to tell us all to pound salt? NO!
All we are saying♩♪♫
is give release a chance♩♪♫
BTW, I recall vividly the years of ridicule and threats that questioners endured before the Congress finally! held real hearings on Ruby Ridge and Waco -- some of those in power and with something to hide needed the ridicule of the questioners.
No. Had watergate been about sex Nixon would not have resigned. Lying about eligibility would not have the sex appeal, and the been there done that, aspects to it which made bj’s bj not impreachable in the eyes of the public, nor something over which to resign. Yes, I know bj’s impeachment was about lying under oath, I am talking about the public’s image.
Maybe not but every little bit helps, attack him from all sides, this is just another one of the many issues that serves to peck away at his now failing popularity. And since he can't defend it........
Well, that certainly clears up his eligibility issues.
The only logical reason is that he doesnt have one.
OR...he knows that no one is going to make him show it, and since he is aware that it is a potential cause of division in the opposition, why bother. Just let the media trash talk the opposition into the freaks he would like them to be.
Breitbart doesn't want to run the country. He simply made a political observation.
Before the election is was Obamas' responsibility to prove eligibility, now that he is president, the burden of proof is on the birthers. And frankly what they have is hopes and dreams and some legal minutiae that will go nowhere.
People are picking their battles and the war is not over. As for myself I prefer to leave the battle over his birth and other records which he has quashed to the future revelations. My battle is by his own words that his father was Kenyan and subject to British rule he admits he is not a natural born citizen as defined by the Law of Nations and embeded in the Constitution as such. This battle is with those who have turned a deaf ear to their oath to protect and defend our Constitution.
Exactly. How dare we the people question the arrogant one. He won, after all.
If there are no skirmishers, there are no skirmishes. If there are no skirmishes, there are no battles. Some skirmishes are worth fighting.....as are some battles.
I think you are right. If the God given right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness can be stolen from unborn children, than this constituitonal demand does not amount to a lot in reality...of our corrupt leaders; who would be the ones to press the issue.
