Amy Kremer of the Tea Party Express on now.
She is saying the bickering is unnecessary, and we need to support each other.
Don't back down because of negativity of some.
If you don't like what another group is doing, ignore them
We have one chance, and the time is now
We need to stick together.
Today is Ronald Reagan's 99th birthday!
I watched most of it on streaming Fox News, and I didn’t want to interrupt it earlier to post. That was just great. Magnificent. Both the speech and the Q&A afterwards.
Sarah can think on her feet, unlike a certain teleprompter addicted excuse for Commander in Chief.
I was a bit disturbed when she was asked the “President Palin” question at the end. But the audience response was terrific, and her handling of it was terrific. Also her handling of the Tea Party leadership question.
It’s pretty much what I’ve been trying to say. If the Tea Party needs a leader, it needs someone who understands and believes in what it’s all about, someone who can work with people, not command them, someone who can help the movement realize its aims. Not someone who tries to take over the movement and run it from on high.
After reading Sarah’s book and seeing how she has worked as a leader all her life, I think she’s right for the job. She is a team leader, like she once was as captain of her basketball team. You don’t need someone who tells everyone what to do. You need someone who can bring out the best in all the members of the team. And I think she can do that. She did it as mayor. She tried to do it as governor. This speech confirmed it for me.
I agree. I felt that every time she stopped looking at the speech, she would hit her stride. But she is a pro and did not let that get her off her game.

Stupid Huckster saying she “better not give an indication that she will leave the Republican Party”....thanks but no thanks, Hucks. Don’t need your advice.
If she wasn’t smart, the lamestream media wouldn’t have had their reporters covering her speech LIVE..MSDNC usually has old interviews with serial killers behind bars on the weekend, this is the first time they have been live..I don’t think they would be doing this for someone they consider “irrelevant” they are scared to death of her
lol talk, talk, talk
Me too, and she is honest and completely genuine. I also don’t think that the Marxist is very bright at all. He’s scripted and he a manufactured product. I’ve never seen anything bright about about him.
Huckabee is slamming her — with talk about a third party. She made it clear than she is not interested in a third party, but leave it to Geraldo to mention a thrid party and to Huckabee to fall in line. He’s a slug.
One or two callers seemed not to like Palin at all. A couple of others are looking for more details on issues, and questioned her intellect to delve into specifics.
It would be good for Palin to sharpen her verbal blade on the major issues as an offensive to the negative criticism that’s centered around her intellect. She could accomplish this quite easily.
Per CSPAN I, it re-airs at 12:50 est and Sunday morning just before Washington Journal at 7:00 am.
Agreed, however I don't understand anyone thinking Zero is a genius. Heck, we don't even know what kind of grades he made, or anything else about his educational experience.
And as for experience, that is a bleeping joke. The guy has never done anything productive in his life, and wouldn't know how to create a job if his life depended on it.
Pleasant to hear her speak out for the unborn and special needs children, much to the chagrin, I'm sure, of some so-called Tea Party spokesmen/women.
All you trolls are the same, blah blah blah.
It's really getting old.
The MSNBC boys are upset ....I just LOVE IT !!
Ed Shultz and Bill Press are all themselves !!
Where is Olbey tonight ??
Bring Olbey-OlberBloat on !!
Holy Moly !!!!
;)
No she wasn’t at her best for a Keynote speech...that’s the edge I want to see in her improved, so she doesn’t stumble and hesitate as much...all candidates do that to some extent but a little more edge for her won’t hurt..however she was spot on on substance and that matters more to me.
Sarah Palin is not the leader of the Tea Party Movement.
Each of us individually are.
She usually has a smoother delivery, but I think it was okay for tonight.
I don’t disagree, though I doubt that will silence criticism of her intellectual acumen.
Like Boortz, the Huckster is dead to me. They put his daily five minute radio blab on my local talker and if I can reach the radio, click OFF.
