Obama Receives Religious Devotionals by Blackberry

President Obama doesn't need to step foot in a church to find spiritual inspiration -- it comes directly to his BlackBerry.
Every day, the president receives "devotionals," or passages meant to bring one closer to God, from Joshua DuBois, the head of his Office of Faith Based and Neighborhood Partnerships.
"Whether it's a passage of scripture or a piece out of a book that I think he might be interested in or a prayer, it's something to start his day off on the right note," DuBois told Fox News.
When he took office, Obama fought vehemently with his security staff to keep that BlackBerry, a highly-secure version of the standard store-bought phone and messaging device that has now become something of a spiritual lifeline.
In the past year, the president and his advisers have faced occasional but persistent questions about one of the most visible expressions of one's faith: picking a church. The Obamas have yet to pick one after separating from their longtime church in Chicago in 2008. At the time, Obama publicly split from the church's now retired pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, following a controversy over videos capturing Wright's incendiary sermons that nearly derailed Obama's presidential campaign.
The search for a new church was never officially disbanded, but the first family rarely attends local services. His advisors say the president frequently attends private services at the chapel at the presidential retreat Camp David, but he has only been to public services in Washington a handful of times.

I have no doubt Reagan had a good faith - his words express it. But I’ve always thought there was something very wrong in the household. A lot of tension between family members, a lot of rebellion in the some of the kids.
And of course, the stories about the astrology use made me quite aware they were adrift in their spiritual walk. A good fellowship would have helped them, I am sure.
In fact, I’ve always sort of thought of the Reagans as what happens to good people when they neglect the physical effort of family fellowship. It’s sad, because he was such a noble man and his wife devoted so to him.
No president is perfect. But Reagan was a great president, despite not having a church, while Obama is a bad one, perhaps because of his haphazard spiritual views.

IF he is receiving the true Word of Christ, no matter what us mortals believe, it is the 'seed'. I despise Obama as a Patriot, but ultimately believe, that the word of God/Jesus is more powerful than anything we can do. We are commanded to 'pray' for our leaders and in that light, I pray fervently that the Lord opens Obama's heart to His word. As an American citizen, I would like him 'removed' but I've seen the power of God in my own life and I've seen even the most hardened, come to recognize that the Lord is God. If you are a praying person, and besides praying that 'he will be removed from office', pray that he will come to accept Christ as Savior. If he rejects the 'tugging' of the Holy Spirit, then he will experience the consequences. God's word is stronger, more pulling, more apparent than any of our Tea Parties and our objections. God is THE ONLY WAY. Believe me, I'm not preaching....but I know the hand of God/Jesus from experiences in my own life. So I would encourage everyone, when you hit the floor on your knees, to keep Obama utmost in our prayers and that would be that the Lord God of the Universe 'touches' his heart. /off

The Light of our Lord Jesus Christ shines on the just and the unjust. Obama gets his share but he has to receive it in his heart. Jesus does not impose. Only the pure in heart see God. Obama must turn around. Right now Obama serves the anti-Christ.

Michael Reagan says that his father led him to Christ, so obviously the christian witness there was strong.
As far as the 2 kids that weirded out...Patti seems to have now calmed down. Ron Jr. is still off the deep end. But he's old enough to pick up a Bible and read for himself and is now responsible for his own actions.

But does he read them?
He does not have to read them. The devotionals are simply a picture of himself that he can worship.

God's Word is stronger, more invincible than satan and He can touch even the most 'evil'. We must pray that the Lord Jesus touches and opens his heart. That's as far as my prayers can go. No question about that Obama is serving the anti-christ but God can reverse that. Prayer is also the equivalent of 'heaping' coals on a person....especially if the person ignores that continued, gentle, "knocking". It is our duty and our responsibility to pray for this man to see the Light and the Truth.

That’s no Blackberry, it’s a portable teleprompter so Soros can lead him through his day.
