WASHINGTON, D.C. - A stung U.S. Sen. Scott Brown lashed out at U.S. Rep. Patrick Kennedy today for insulting his landmark win by calling his candidacy a joke.
Brown said Kennedys remarks are mean spirited, especially coming on the day he was celebrating being sworn into office.
I was elected and the votes are certified and Im here to do my job. Its unfortunate that he would use mean-spirited comments like that at a time when were just trying to solve the problems of the Commonwealth, Brown said today on his first full day on the job.

I also liked him. He was the only Kennedy I liked.
Maybe because he wasn’t in politics.

Man, I wish Brown had told Kennedy that it was a jackass comment.

Nah, I disagree. If President Bush had drawn attention to the hatred and bitterness aimed at him, he would have been playing right into the opposition’s hand. Instead, he took the high road and ignored it. He had better things to do than to give his opposition reason to continue attacking him. As long as he ignored it, it made his attackers look and sound petty.

Well, I think he was playing to the homestate folks. Can’t be too harsh on a Kennedy, but he got his point across.

When Obama is booted out of office, that will end the Kennedy legacy. (Chris Matthews called Obama the last remaining Kennedy brother when Drunken Ted died)

He should have punched him. Nope. Disagree. You throw a punch at a man. A POS like "Patches Kennedy" you backhand in order to show your contempt for him>

Patrick’s dad was a joke - he just wouldn’t drop dead and hung on to office way past his due date. Even Dems breathed a sigh of relief when he finaly expired (thinking he would be replaced by a more able body). Teddy has proved conclusively that the US is much better off with him dead.

Patrick Kennedy is a pampered boy who is completely aware that were he not a Kennedy, he would have a hrd time holding a minimum-wage job at McDonald's. From the subsequent lack of self-esteem, he copies the "trash talking" crap that he simply wouldn't do were he, again, not a protected little boy. He has never wanted, has never achieved, has never been liked for anything other than his last name.
Of course he sees Brown as a joke, that's how he sees anyone who isn't from his protected, useless class.

...eh, according to reliable sources, Patrick wouldn’t be “interested” in the daughters anyway. We’ll leave it at that. Nice picture though.

Mike was raping the more than willing, but legally unavailable babysitter; the other incidents are just the same sordid stuff. Hedlund take note: personal foibles are not to be overlooked and you're best advised to let Perry run with the ball.
