This is what frustrates me about the lawyers involved in this issue. They each poo-pooh each others’ points.

But it’s all important. My particular bent is the law enforcement end of things, because I’ve personally observed the law-breaking and the failure of law enforcement. But the Constitutional issue has to be resolved also. Even if Obama was born in Kenya, the Constitutional issue needs to be addressed because we need to know what the Constitution means.
