Perhaps the Compost should willfully submit to the government regulating what it can and cannot publish.

Or they are part of the few remaining in Wash. that understand a separation of powers and that they do not dance for him. No matter how kingly he thinks himself to be.
And, they can recognize a lie when they hear it.

Good for the Honorable Judge Alito.

no matter how many times you see it, it is still incredible how liberals can take something so back-asswards Once you start looking through the lens of a biblical worldview, the leftist/liberal way of looking at things (based on the lies of the enemy) actually makes a sort of "sense" in that you can ask yourself "what's the opposite of truth/reality" and come to the same conclusion as the liberal would.

honest reaction of a judicial activist who believes he has the obligation to impose his version of right reason on the rest of us. Isn't this what the liberal judges have been doing for 50 years to us???

Perhaps the Compost should willfully submit to the government regulating what it can and cannot publish. The Post has a conflict of interest, because now they'll face competition. I'm sure they liked the old unconstitutional way better.

Puke. It is jaw-dropping that Libs think Alito was rude to show a very restrained response to BO’s rude and threatening behavior. I wish all the justices would have walked out. It does bother me that that the justices would feel any pressure from the White House and clearly there is tension there. Why the hell don't they just listen to one, just one, case concerning BO’s natural born status?

I know of no one on the right who protested when President Ronald Reagan, in a 1983 article in the Human Life Review, took on the Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade decision of 10 years earlier....Typical disingenuous lying sack of crap liberal.
The problem was NOT that he took exception to the ruling. The problem was the rude, low class behavior. The SCOTUS was there by invitation and O Bama set them up for Shumer and the Rats to publicly taunt them.
Low life scum.

All three branches show up for the SOTU address as a sign of respect and national unity of purpose.
Insulting the SCOTUS - who sit on their hands during every SOTU address out an abundance of caution in order to avoid any judicial hand-tipping or co-mingling or subordination of branches - during this address is simply rude and unprecedented.

The Supreme Court is now dominated by a highly politicized conservative majority intent on working its will, even if that means ignoring precedents and the wishes of the elected branches of government. Oh, now that's rich.
Call us when you're ready to scrap Roe v. Wade, E.J.

Wow. Obama is a scorched earth politician. If you lie in the way, he and his minions will work to destroy you. Even if you are the Supreme Court - a branch of government equal in power and stature to the Executive Branch. I’d like to see a little more focus by GOP pundits on pointing out this approach.
