Mark Levin endorses Hayworth over McCain
Mark Levin Fan ^ | January 26, 2010 | Tim Sumner

Posted on 01/26/2010 4:04:04 PM PST by Sergeant Tim

Leading off his show tonight, Mark Levin endorsed former Congressman J. D. Hayworth in the Republican primary race to unseat Senator John McCain of Arizona.

As Mark pointed out, McCain is already "bravely" attacking Hayworth using the government as the weapon.

The anti-Hayworth effort began in earnest Dec. 15, when Grant Woods, the former Arizona attorney general and onetime McCain chief of staff, filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission. Woods argued that Hayworth, who has used his KFYI drive-time program to blast away at McCain as a soft-on-immigration moderate, was essentially getting free airtime to wage a campaign as a de facto candidate.

Seems the only thing she has to lose are wishy-washy 'supporters' like you.

If her campaigning for McCain peels off the so-so Sarah supporters, so be it. I'm good with that.

As for why, what of loyalty don’t you get? You may not agree with it, but it is who she is- and the majority of Sarah supporters knew she would do this even before she did. If you know Sarah well enough, this isn’t a surprise. You may not like it, but it isn’t a shocker.

I respect Sarah Palin tons and tons. McCain gave her a shot at the big time. Palin does owe him—that cannot be in dispute. That Palin is loyal is a quality, not a fault.

I’m not a McCain fan—I’m a Sarah fan. I’m also a Mark Levin fan—he is absolutely fantastic, and I totally respect his endorsement of Hayworth.

All of you in central Arizona who are disaffected KFYI listeners—there’s a new place in town for you to go—the new AM 1310, KIHP, Immaculate Heart Radio, where the truth is pronounced 24/7/365.

Palin does owe him—that cannot be in dispute.

How much does she owe him? One campaign? Two? Does she have to support him when he runs for POTUS again? Does she owe her support to McCain's leftist pet causes, like global warming, gun control, granting Consititutional rights to foreign jidadists and crushing free speech? Does she have to help out McCain's friends, like Charlie Crist and Carly Fiorina? Just how big is this debt, and when is it going to be paid off? Because having Sarah Palin beholden to John McCain indefinitely is like having no Sarah Palin at all.

I see Hayworth has opened a “hayworthforsenate.com” web link, but it just goes to his existing web site which was his show web site.

It doesn’t look like he has a real candidate campaign web site up yet.

Has he officially announced his candidacy yet, or is he still in “exploratory” mode?

RE :” In more shocking news: sickoflibs endorses Mark Levin over Gov. Palin.

Good old Mark Levin :” Elect McCain so we can fight him ” . I am sure Mark is making excuses for Palin, not that it really matters. I was wondering what Rush will say too.

JD was a TALK SHOW HOST!!! What would be the difference if I'd called his show and engaged JD in a conversation about McCain? Would JD have to say he couldn't talk (as a PRIVATE CITIZEN) to me (as a PRIVATE CITIZEN)??

I'm SO GLAD Mark is endorsing him!

Did McCain file a complaint with the FEC when Obama was getting all that foreign money for his presidential campaign?

Disheartening and a bit perverse at the same time. The same lame excuses could be used to back Obama.

I bought her book, I knew about her (and adored her) way before she was picked by Mclettuce, her photos adorn my home office... yet now, we're being told that we never really were supporters... all because we who actually live in Arizona don't want that Commie anymore, and anyone who supports him can also ...just go away.

On the bright side, I think we can raise 8-10 million for JD.

Thank you, Mark! I’m sure it will help.

I wonder how Hannity will handle this campaign, given his seemingly close relationship with McInsane.
