Consider the pre-election giveaway to the labor unions. Negotiators agreed to exempt union contracts until 2018 from the tax on so-called Cadillac health-insurance plans. That backroom bargain not only outraged the voters, it also violated the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution, requiring the federal government to extend equal protection of the laws to all U.S. persons. Of course, not all voters understood the constitutional nuances, but they sensed that something was very wrong; and they reacted.
I have been disturbed by the socialists for years, ever since I learned many members of Congress 'openly' joined the DSA (Democratic Socialists of America). Several years ago, the names were published on the DSA site. (since removed of course) Please post any info you have, many of you have been on this issue for many years, & if we can store it all on one thread, we have our FreeRepublic Warehouse on the enemies of the state. How DO we combat this, when it's coming at us from every angle? When the people have been asleep for decades. Please post anything you have found or accumulated. Also choose a dictator these people follow, of particular interest, those in D.C. who have been quoted with their adulation of one.

Now that 14 state attorneys general have filed lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of the new health reform law, Oregon's AG John Kroger and Governor (and former AG) Ted Kulongoski have announced their plans to defend the new law.
From Legal Newsline: Oregon Attorney General John Kroger could be headed for the most high-profile legal fight of his career, vowing to defend the national health care overhaul that many of his Republican counterparts around the nation are attacking in the courts.
The first-term Democratic attorney general and Oregon Gov. Ted Kulongoski, a former state Supreme Court justice, announced Wednesday that the Beaver State will take legal action to defend the constitutionality of the nearly $1 trillion health care bill signed by President Barack Obama last week.
Kroger is the first state attorney general to announce that he will take steps to defend the law ... "Opponents of the bill seek to turn back the constitutional clock 100 years, returning to a time when the United States Supreme Court routinely struck down legislation designed to protect the health, safety and well-being of the American people," Kroger said. ... "I'm proud to have Oregon stand up in court and defend this legislation, which will extend health care to thousands of Oregonians and millions of uninsured Americans," Kulongoski said.

BREAKING! BREAKING! BREAKING!
Investigation reveals numerous bogus claims on Obama resume
In what is being called ‘the biggest hustle in human history,’ a special investigation has discovered numerous bogus claims on Barack Obama’s resume, including the outright lie that he was a ‘Constitutional scholar and professor.’
The claim turns out to be false.

As investigators delve further into the background of Barack Obama, a disturbing picture is emerging of a man who is not who he claims to be. The information the public has been told concerning Obama is turning out to be false—fabrications and inventions of a man and an unseen force behind him that had clear ulterior motives for seeking the highest office in the land.
According to a special report issued by ‘the Blogging Professor,’ the Chicago Law School faculty hated Obama. The report states that Obama was unqualified, that he was never a ‘constitutional professor and scholar,’ and that he never served as editor of the Harvard Law Review while a student at the school.

((( BREAKING DEVELOPMENT )))
—just as these disturbing facts come to light about Barack Obama, the White House is busy making deals with numerous ‘journalists,’ promising unprecedented access to the President in exchange for refraining from reporting certain information ‘they may discover.’

Twitter is burning up!
That’s so strange, JustPiper, I was just on another thread questioning if he really was a “Constitutional professor”.... Mainly because I was wondering how he could be so ... unintelligent and badly-spoken IF he actually ever taught... Also, we never hear from any of his ex-students!
