Not thrilled with Sarah’s endorsement, but I hate to see all the haters on here. McCain gave Sarah her opportunity on the big stage. I do not blame her for this. In addition, McCain has supported her in recent months, and it is important that McCain support her to not undercut her reputation. She has to be able to counter the arguments made by Schmidt and other campaign staff, and McCain offers that. If McCain dissed Sarah, it might be tough if not impossible to rebuild her reputation with 2/3s of the electorate.
I’m a fan of hers but her dong this makes no sense what so ever
so what she was chosen as vice pres, she was used then for votes and she was then trashed after and now she is being used again by him.
he’s now got Brown and sarah helping him and the polls are now going his way
We have a good conservative candidate and she runs against him , sorry but that makes no sense what so ever
You’re right. And it’s a plus on the character side that she understands that McCain deserves a little payback. A little.
You sound like a democrat/lib. Nobody HATES Sarah here; we are just questioning her support of the extremely dangerous John McCain.
Her loyalty is nice, but at what price? He NEEDED her at the time to help garner conservative support, and she did get that for him. But this man has been way too detrimental to the party, and Sarah, no matter how much she is worshipped on this site, should stand on conservative principles and support the candidate who will adhere to those principles. We know that is not McCain.

You, and many other Palin fans, take any critical comments about her WAY too seriously.
By saying her actions disappoint, are wrong, or stupid, or politically twisted, or whatever, does NOT mean they hate Sarah.
I like her, would support her against most candidates in a primary, but would feel free to comment on actions or statements I oppose.
And I damned sure find fault with her supporting McCain, especially before a primary that might reveal a real conservative candidate.
After all, this is a CONSERVATIVE forum, not a Republican forum, not a Reagan forum, not a Palin forum, but CONSERVATIVE.
I liked it when Palin said, upon being selected as the VP running mate, That if it would serve the country, she would do her best.
So, was she called to serve, or was it a political carrer move?
If she is helping McCain because he “gave her an opportunity” it shows that she’s bought and paid for.
If she is helping McCain because she thinks he’s the best candidate, well, thats double plus ungood also.
Going Rogue? More like Going Borg.
