Are you among the 56 percent of Americans -- or the 48 percent of Massachusetts voters -- who oppose ObamaCare?
Then you, sir, are a racist. Or so writes Huffington Post political editor Thomas B. Edsall for The New Republic:

Proud to be a “status-anxious racist” would look good on a t-shirt. What is it? LOL!
HuffPost, of course. Their “opinion”, if they had one would mean zero. The race card is the last gasp of desperate libs.
That’s it libtards... keep “wee weeing” on the citizens’ heads and tell them it’s raining.
Damn, I’ve known that I’m a racist for quite some time now.
Since January 20th 2009, Nanci Pelosi said I was, Maxine Waters said I was, Jimmy Carter said I was, Donna Brazille said I was, Robert Reich said I was, Fidel Castro said I was, Charlie Rangel said I was, CA Congressman Mike Honda said I was, GA Congressman Hank Johnson said I was, NY Governor Patterson said I was, Jessie Jackson said I was, Maureen Dowd said I was, David Shuster said I was, Bill Cosby said I was, Joe Klein said I was, Chris Matthews said I was, Cynthia Tucker said I was, Clarence Paige said I was, Bill Mahrer said I was, and Jeanne Garofolo said I was.
Let me guess...this guy is another middle-aged/older white guy using the race card...yes? I don’t even have to look up their pictures anymore.
Actually, since socialism puts all citizens (except the guardians) on the government run plantation (read zoo), the truth is that those who favor socialism favor slavery.
But of course, their kind of slavery doesn't discriminate on the basis of race...it convicts us all to an equal opportunity prison.
This is part of what the Great Commonwealth of Massachusettes (sp.) so successfully revolted against.
These words no longer have any meaning. They've been pulled more than a six shooter. Besides, we have a 1/2 black president.
I know. I am just giddy with today’s news. I am so thankful for the United States of America with the best form of government in the world, and our God blessed Constitution and Bill of Rights. We are getting our country back, and I am so glad!
Interesting to experience our crisis, as European governments crumble under similar conditions.
Thank God for America!
Sticks and stones may break our bones (and YES, we've come to expect that kind of behavior by democrat devotees ACORN and the SEIU), but words will never hurt ALL THE INDEPENDENTS who are being besmirched by democrats about their disdain for Obamacare.
We'll see November 2010 how well we've tolerated this little chastisement from dems (big hopeful smile on face for retribution time ahead - with dem audio and video as reminders).
Just how does one support a position like that? Its amazing to me that the progressive idiots never get called to the carpet for not supporting their arguments with anything but vitriol.
A left winger playing the race card. Yawn.
Couldn't have said it better myself. Great response!
“Besides, we have a 1/2 black president.”
1/2 black and 1/2 donkey, and I don’t mean Dem.
I know I’m a racist, but “status-anxious”? (Try saying that five times fast ...)
I shop at Walmart and The Salvation Army.
That is a funny title to appear on the site of a social climbing skank like Huffington.
Now THAT was funny.
The irony is rich. If you REALLY want a socialist welfare state, diversity is your enemy. If all of America looked like Minnesota - blond, blue-eyed, Lutheran - American politics would probably look like Scandanavia’s, too.
So Obamacare should be passed on the merits of hysterical Leftist name calling?
