Im Scott Brown, Im from Wrentham, I drive a truck, and have I got a girl for you.
In a cringe-worthy, Ohmigod, DAD! moment, U.S. Sen.-elect Brown channeled Chuck Woolery during Tuesday nights acceptance speech.
I want to thank Ayla and Arianna for their help as well, Brown said. And just in case anyone whos watching throughout the country, yes, theyre both available!

It was cute.
They are a beautiful family.
Exactly. It was a cute moment. People need to lighten up an have a beer once in a while.

Noting that Andover and Yale did not have “real strong ranching programs,” she said Mr. Bush had started his ranching career by trying to milk a horse - a male horse.
What a load of leftist prissy crap.
Dads of adult daughters have been telling that joke, or similar ones, since there have been dads of unmarried adult daughters.
But that really the only thing Liberals have...feigned outrage...Everything is an unconienable insult, unless it’s about their enemies...Then it’s comedy...ythen it’s parady...then it’s a free speech right.
DemoLiberals are misery pits.
Thought it was pretty funny. It is just something fathers do to torture their kids.
Glen Beck looked like a fool (more than usual) critizing it.
No matter how hard the left tries, they cannot drag the right down to their gutter and they have to exaggerate and lie to even begin.
LOL! Sounds like something a grandmother would say.....or maybe "have I got a girl for you!"
It was funny, and Glenn Beck needs to back off...Give me a break!
FWIW, Rush Limbaugh thought Brown's comments were "cute".
Unfortunately Glenn Beck (and I'm a big Beck fan) led off his Fox TV show yesterday with a short but nasty rant about Brown's words, then said something to the effect that hopes there won't be a "dead intern" involved in Brown's term as US Senator from Massachusetts.
Geesh, Glenn... are you off the wagon, or WHAT?!
I wonder if he will apologize for those bizarre comments...
They are also big girls and I'm sure knew Dad was just having fun with them. I suspect they are balanced enough and big enough, and have a good enough relationship eith Dad to take a little Dad-ribbing. Much ado about nothing IMHO. But not surprising. I won't be surprised to see the next headline: "Flash! Brown Drinks From Milk Carton and Puts it Back!"
Exactly!
Definitely. My husband and I are BIG Beck fans... his nasty rant about Brown yesterday really bothered both of us. I wish Glenn would apologize for those bizarre comments.
That line sounded a bit awkward but who could blame him after the astonishing feat he had just accomplished. Might have been better if he said something like if there are any nice conservative young men out there, my daughters are single. But it is no big deal.
I was a little more disappointed he sounded so conciliatory yesterday when he spoke of his phone call with the one in the oval office. I would have liked Brown to be a bit more combative while still being respectful. But again, it is early and he is new to the national stage so we can let this go too.
People have to be LOOKING for something to criticize to be “embarrassed” by that teasing comment from a loving dad, who obviously has a great relationship with his daughters.
I just sent Lauren Beckham Falcone
a well deserved scolding.
I had perma-grin watching the acceptance speach. It wasn’t a cold, mechanical, TelePrompter rehearsed pile of BS.
Yeah, I cringed a bit when the ‘available’ comment was made, but listening to his entire victory fillibuster you really get the sense of what a great guy Mr. Brown must be. Clearly the man has a sense of humor, my favorite line was asking the President “if he would like to see the truck.” I sensed a heartfelt appreciation for the voters, for his family, the responsibility charged to him, etc.
Didn’t know much about Brown, I’m in NYS, but hope we have others like him ready to defeat Schumer and Gillibrand.
Has anyone offered any goats for them yet?
Poor Chelsea, her dad should have accepted
Geez, enough already.
There was absolutely nothing wrong with that. It was a very happy and proud father teasing and playing around with his beautiful daughters. Like a normal family that loves each other, they can play around and tease each other. What I saw on that stage was a close and loving family. ( I also wished I was 30 years younger and a lot better looking!)
