Everyone thinks Austria was taken over by Hitler rolling the tanks in. Not true. It was taken over in the same way this corrupt and lying administration and Congress are doing it.

We must make these people accountable now.

An SPF is a high-end police force that engages in a range of tasks such as crowd and riot control, special weapons and tactics (SWAT),

..............and civilian disarmament!!!

"Special Police Force"

Just a "politically correct" way for the Chief Executive to avoid declaring Martial Law in the event of an unforeseen catastrophe.

A bad idea of monumental proportions.

We already have FEMA.

I notice that the Table of Contents makes no mention of the constitutional implications, or the risks associated with creating an entity with such a large mandate. J. Edgar Hoover comes to mind.

RAND is sloppy if they let this kind of junk leak out the door.

Rand Corp has been calling for this since LBJ was in office. Don’t count on this having weight with the voters.

We all know every Governor, Sheriff, and Mayor is going to willingly give up their control to the Chicago Mob in D.C. I am sure that the citizens are going to want to give up their control over local law enforcement as well and place it in the hands of people like Obama, Reid, Pelosi and Bloomberg.

The intent of the Constitution was to keep the Federal Government, small, limited in power and inefficient. Unfortunately, inefficient is the only part that seems to work well.

First, is a Stability Police Force (SPF) necessary?

It is if our tyrants want to keep power and control over the subjects

Page 22:
The USMS hybrid option also provides an important nondeployed mission for the force: augmenting state and local agencies, many of which currently suffer from severe personnel shortages.
Translation: they would insert federal people into local and state agencies, who could act to ensure that the locals comply with federal orders, and to keep tabs on who is inadequately "loyal" to the federal agenda.

The reason for this SPF is to have a ready force to deploy overseas. They want a local domestic mission to maintain their law-enforcement proficiency. They want these people to be federal employees at all times, for unstated reasons.

If all they wanted was a force of experienced cops, detectives and investigators they could deploy overseas, a more obvious solution would be to encourage local police to be members of the National Guard. Thus, the Guard could pull these guys from their local jobs if really needed, and put them back when the deployment is over. Meanwhile, the feds could reimburse the local depts for the overtime they would need to pull in order to cover the deployed cops. But that would not satisfy the desire for a large National Police Force.

Unconastitutional, most clearly.

The petition to the US Supremem Court for injunctive relief and stay should be filed now, rather than later.

As should the charges of treason for everyone associated with this naked violation or basic national principle.

The overwrought idiots neurotically obsess with "rpivacy" to the point of granting terrorists citizen rights, when the ultimate terror is a national police state.

What kind of leadership and statesmanship is it that would address the symptoms, rather than the systemic disease?

Incompetence doesn't begin to describe it.

The blame goes back to the previous serious depression and the "fixes."

Santayana, where are you now that we really need you again?

Thanks RB. I read it. It is a National Police Force “just as strong, just as well equipped and trained as the US Military.” BamBam fascist/globalist dream come true.

It may have already been created in one of those quick and dirty multi-thousand page leglislative actions.

Reference number 34: “Policing for a New World Order”

Here is what the President’s DOJ National police force would do from page 28: Intellegence collection and analysis on hostile and criminal groups in area of operation; riot control; establish neighborhood spy networks; collect information on population religious and ethnic factions; control local population’s behavior through police tatics; send spies into civilian organizations to determine their intentions and activities; police elections; protect election officials and elected officials.

Hey, this is just what we need!/s/ I am dang sick and tired of these fascist anti-constitutional, unAmerican freaks. This whole paper is designed to slip in this National police force in the spirit of “how can we fool ‘em next.” I don’t trust either party in Congress to protect us from this ever growing oppression.

This calls for a new tagline. the old one, "Neca eos omnes. Deus suos agnoscet", was appropriate for the misnamed war on terror. I briefly considered "Semper ubi sub ubi" after the recent terrorist incident. Now due to the more serious threat, I have chosen a new more appropriate latin phrase. the motto of the First Continental Regiment of the Revolutionary war, meaning "I refuse to be subjugated"
