Two Minnesota prosecutors say they won't file charges against a man who investigators say admitted posting anti-Muslim images in front of a mosque, a Somali-owned store and other spots.
They say the cartoons are protected under the First Amendment.
The posters put up last month in the St. Cloud area depicted images such as the Prophet Muhammad engaged in bestiality and an Islamic crescent with a swastika inside it.

That’s right A-holes. This ain’t Europe.
So when will the Federal charges get filed? Since our pathetic Attorney General Holder, is only interested in protecting the rights of Black Panthers and Muslims, I expect he will bring civil rights charges against the protesters and the attorneys who failed to “persecute” them.
BTW: Is Holder his real name or is it the nickname he got when he was busted with somebody else’s blow?

A win for free speech, although personally I thought the images were in poor taste.
I pray for this guys safety though, after a member of the “religion of peace” just recently attacked that Danish cartoonist.
I didn’t see the cartoons but an Islamic crescent with a swastika inside it has a lot of truth behind it.
Now, can someone put a Koran in jar of urine and call it art?
They say the cartoons reveal a "misguided attempt to educate" and the suspect's "unsophisticated view of Mohammed's lifestyle and the religious tenets of Islam"

I am only happy that the Islamist learn that yelling hate crime doesn’t work.
Now if the Islamist attack HIM, it definitely WILL be a hate crime.

Good post, It is sad that this is even news. The rest of the world is giving in to the spread of sharia law and Islam.
