Thank goodness our Homeland Security people are on the job after the EunuchBomber botched attack on Christmas Day. We certainly don’t want to have independent war correspondents passing through our airports without revealing their annual income:
Got arrested at the Seattle airport for refusing to say how much money I make. (The uniformed ones say I was not “arrested”, but they definitely handcuffed me.) Their videos and audios should show that I was polite, but simply refused questions that had nothing to do with national security. Port authority police eventually came — they were professionals — and rescued me from the border bullies.

For those not familiar with Michael, Wiki has an article. I don't know his political leanings, in a party context, nor do I know that he's a Christian. But I suspect he's a gunowner, and worse yet, a veteran, so he meets the early guidelines released by Janet at Homeland Security. Janet at Homeland Security, sounds like a telemarketer for alarm systems, not a cabinet member.

If this is true (and I don't doubt the source), then there were a series of small mistakes made by both sides. The alphabet agencies and Mr. Yon. Hopefully, all sides stand down.
If the previous paragraph isn't true regarding the various agencies, then we have a problem.
In history, small insignificant things, a seemingly innocuous string of events, cause a tipping point. Unfortunately, history also shows us that the unintended consequences can be catastrophic.

Yes; and it is all soooo rational. We need to remind TSA - and while at it; remind CAIR as well - that a viral group of people have declared war on America and the 'Western world' - and they do not call it 'war'; they call it JIHAD and so profiling must mean something. Not an English word, JIHAD; nor French, or German or Spanish for that matter. . .

as a follow-up
on Yon’s blog is story about a female friend who was visiting him from Thailand who was detained and poorly treated by TSA/Customs.
I suspect he had a bit of an attitude when he encountered the offical at the airport.
