On his radio show today, Glenn Beck accused someone, somewhere, of orchestrating phone calls about the conspiracy theory that President Obama was not born in America.
“Today there is a concerted effort on all radio stations to get birthers on the air,” said Beck. “I have to tell you, are you working for the Barack Obama administration? I mean, that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.”
Beck explained his skepticism of birtherism in a back-and-forth that’s worth reading and concludes with jabs at the press and at the birthers.
“As the guy who the media says is the king of conspiracy theories, all I do are forward conspiracy theories, let me forward this conspiracy,” said Beck. “He was born here because it seems a little unlikely that somebody planted the birth records, okay, a little unlikely, in the newspapers. Now you would say, well, then why doesn’t he just produce? Good question. That one kept me up for minutes at a time, minutes.”
They are very obvious.

Barack was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen (we know that from the divorce papers).
Barack moved with his mother and stepfather to Indonesia, where his mother probably intended at the time to settle permanently. In the event, he lived there for five years.
Did Barack become an Indonesian citizen? Why is this NOT a matter for legitimate discussion?
If he did become an Indonesian citizen, when and how did he cease to be an Indonesian citizen? Why won’t anyone in the media investigate this question, or ask Obama about it?
If he did become an Indonesian citizen, did he take any action to renew or support such citizenship as an adult? (Perhaps he thought it advantageous in connection with his college or law school admission and/or aid.)
This last question is relevant to whether Obama might have (perhaps inadvertently) jeopardized his status as a United States citizen under U.S. law.
You really believe these questions I have raised are as legitimate as wondering whether Joe Biden ever had a sex change?

Exactly. Fox News actually headlined a story yesterday "Obama Vacationing in his Birthplace". I changed the channel. Done with Fox News. Same deal with Rush, Levin, Hannity and Ingraham. Cowards all.
What’s increasingly obvious is that its “the system” versus We the People at this point....be interesting to see when and where it gives way...

I have posted **MANY** times that when tyranny comes these entertaining yappers will spit shine the jack boots crushing our necks. They will turn their talents over to the enemy.

I used to record Becks shows on my Dishnetwork so to skip the commercials.
I just removed the program and will be not watching any of his shows for awhile. Sorry Mr. Beck but there are times when we must act on our instincts regardless of who has the larger army in propaganda.

0bama is bowing to world powers, including a “reset” with Russia. The ‘intellectual’ thinks he can charm Putin. While 0 lessens US dominance who gains? Why would they show their hand? Our loss is their gain.

The brilliance of the hoax is that it allowed people gullible enough to believe is was a mere hoax to say that there is nothing wrong with his records because.....it was all a hoax!!!!

A natural born citizen is “...born in the country of parents who are its citizens.” That is the definition repeated in The Venus, 12 U.S. 253 by chief justice John Marshall in 1814, and repeated in half a dozen other cases. Barack has told us time after time that he was born a dual-citizen. His father was British as Kenya was part of the Commonwealth in 1961, and thus so was Barry. Why? Because he, Barack Obama II told us so. Dual citizens cannot have sole allegiance to one nation. They are not natural born citizens. Barack knows that. But he'll take and redistribute our property if we let him. If we don't care, he certainly doesn't.
If people understood why that provision, which has never been extended or modified, was inserted into the Constitution, they would not be guessing about irrelevancies -grades, grandma, passports, etc. Beck's writers, Limbaugh, Levin, probably know from experience that their audience has so little understanding of our history as to be easily distracted by clever left-wing operatives. If we don't help people understand why we require a natural born citizen as commander in chief, to whom shall we designate the power to decide which provisions of The Constitution count and which don't. They have chosen for us, and the media are their mouthpiece.
Read the Kerchner/Apuzzo blog. It is not sensational. It is about the law and the Constitution. Apuzzo has distilled more of the philosophy upon which our founders depended when constructing our Constitution than anyone I've read, though Donofrio has done lots of excellent work, including the discovery that Chester Arthur was a usurper who concealed his records, burning them just before his death, to hide the fact that his father did not become a U.S. citizen until Chester was 14.
Read The Venus, a case brought about in part, because the British, leading to the War of 1812, were conscripting men from U.S. flagged ships because they were born, in the U.S. of British Citizen parents, like Obama. The whole case is about the privileges and protections of citizenship. There are hundreds of books and papers addressing citizenship because it is at the foundation of what a nation is - the contract specifying the benefits of belonging to and supporting a political system.
Yes you are right on the fact that only the people not on Fox news are talking about the Birth Certificate issue. I hear about it on Michael Savage and Rusty Humphries and that Dr. James David Manning.

Beck this week is making the final case that Obama administration is Communist. He is specifically rehashing what we know and what he has shown from the past year. He says it is the final week to make his case. His first point is that the entire administration and all the democrats in Congress are Marxist leaning Communists. His second point is that the media is also Marxist leaning Communists. He is saying starting next week he is done making his case and moving on. What that means? I have no clue. But he has promised to unveil his plans for taking back America this year, before.

I can understand Beck not wanting to jump onto the 'Birther' bandwagon without first obtaining adequate proof that fraud has been committed. However, enough valid questions have been raised by enough citizens regarding this issue during the last year that any serious journalist, news reporter or talk show host should have no problem at this point JUST ASKING OBAMA TO PRODUCE A CERTIFIED COPY OF HIS LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
There is no excuse for Beck insulting a large portion of his audience by dismissing this serious constitutional question with his flippant statement -

Mario Apuzzo, Philip Berg, Leo Donofrio, and many other talented investigators have done a lot of work and raised serious questions about the BC issue that require answers - NOW!
Then, there is the Kenyan Birth Certificate for Obama that Lucas Smith obtained from the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. It has not been authenticated by Kenyan officials (not hard to imagine why) but it does bear signatures of the attending doctor, the chief of obstetrics at the time of birth, and that of the chief hospital administrator who certified the copy. A legal affidavit by Mr. Smith certifying the events involved with his obtaining the document was entered into federal court in support of a court case heard by Judge David O. Something seems it was of interest otherwise this guy would not have been a star witness. Whether his murder is relevant is another story.
