One can only guess. The way standards have been slashed,ignored,and changed over the past ten years alone is mind boggling at best.

This is one of the really stupid propaganda lines that the Leftist "intellectuals" have been saying since 2001. There is no way to fight this as a "Conventional War. This is a Asymmetrical War and it cannot be forced into a Conventional War structure no matter how desperately Doris and her ilk wish it.

It just another Leftist lie. What the Leftists really want is to use the war as an excuse to massively hike taxes then spend themselves silly buying votes with new "gimme" programs.
