LOL!

That virus kept trying to get me to buy a fake security program and give them a charge card number. ANd when I repeatedly refused it, it gave me more pop-ups. And when I STILL didn’t give them a charge card number, it hit me with lesbian pron and viagra ads!

Very bad virus. My son was irate, as he has 3 kids under 13 and all of a sudden the pron was on his screen.

Some of those virii and trojans have been sneaking in via Google [and other legit sites]. Some how hackers managed to plant them on google search results.

I ran across a few while searching current news items. My browser/virus program popped up warnings about some sites.

It is bad when you can’t even trust a website like Google.

[Google got allot of flack and didn’t show much concern, initially. I think they have become more pro-active recently.]

Same here in NY, after repeated attempts, the pop ups remained... had to go to IT guy to clean it up for $45.00.
