We can make little drink umbrellas and sell them to China - LOL LOL _ if not so sad but true it would really be funny.
Also comparing building Lindsay Gramnesty’s solar panels built in USA with all our union, legal, EPA steps etc compared to China’s child labor + parts = solar panel = wa la easy.
Been busy and still so. Kept in touch with Travis McGee and appalachian_dweller and MamaDearest, but that's about it. The Matrix got to be too overwhelming for my psyche working in the hood as I still do. Now with my wife in chemotherapy for breast cancer and me stepping up to take care of her, I don't expect that'll change. But as I suspect that we're due for a major attack soon, I'll be popping by more often, I think.
I would look for a series of Mumbai style attacks, simultaneously across the nation, or maybe just a few at first to give OHHHHHH BABY the excuse he and lap dog Holder need to ram through massive gun control and then when the Jihadis think American's are disarmed, a second massive wave of mall shootings everywhere. That's just a guess of course. I would not be surprised to see a multi-pronged attack come down via more airliners, coupled with attacks at sea and single/multiple shooters. Suicide bombers, too.
I have long postulated the coming order of battle. This was something folks like Old Sarge, judicial meanz and I hashed out a long time ago on something like the OLD TM thread #8. I have posted it here before, but I'll run it by y'all again, for the sake of folks joining since I last appeared:
We sort of came to the conclusion that there could be three or four levels of terror operative looking to commence hostilities.
FIRST, there might be the organized cells with specific targets. The cell will have trigger pullers, support personnel to establish safe houses, documents etc and probably recon and security types. These are the folks who will have the WMD assets and be looking to score multiple 911's but oh so much worse than the original.
SECOND there would be trained terrorists with knowledge of field craft but here as sleepers. They may have been here for years. They may have been assigned specific targets or they may have been given an array of potential targets to strike under a given codeword ("GO" CODE).
THIRD would be the random trigger pullers smuggled across the Mexican border since 911. They will be dedicated Jihadis but probably limited in education and salable civilian skills. They may settle into areas with high latino populations since the two at least superficially bear a resemblance to each other in physical features. They will secure typical illegal immigrant jobs and wait to strike. These would be the ones most likely to snap and go into sudden Jihadi syndrome as may have been demonstrated in the past perhaps in this most recent recruiter murder. However, there is no telling how many of these will remain dedicated to their original objectives and how many might succumb to the allure of the American lifestyle and simply move from the mission to the dream. OTOH, there is also no telling how many of the dedicated moles will stay on task and may even recruit new members to the cause, especially if arrested for other offenses and forced to move into the correctional system.
That very correctional system would provide the last and FOURTH wave of a much larger and coordinated plan. The converted are still criminals and now it's like they have a license to kill in the name of their pagan god (lower case deliberate) which they will embrace.
Mesta Machine and I have pulled some very professional double teaming. I can say for a fact that he has a sharp sword and is a class act.Not a cowardly bone in his emaciated body. I, on the other hand am built like a greek god.( sarc.).
Many a troll has bit the dust, gnashing its teeth in a last attempt to scar us.Arrrrg!
First, welcome home. You’ve been missed.
Second, I’m so sorry to hear about your beloved wife. Prayers up for her and you. Please keep us updated. I spent six hours with my daughter in surgery yesterday for melanoma on her face. So, I kinda understand your fears.
Third, your educated insight is always welcome here. Thanks.
Better Biodefense Preparations Needed, WMD Panel Heads Say
Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010
The problematic response to the H1N1 flu demonstrates that the United States must improve its biodefense capabilities to counter future biological threats, both natural and intentional, former U.S. Senator Jim Talent (R-Mo.) said recently (see GSN, Dec. 16, 2009).
“The H1N1 virus has spotlighted a lack of capability thats very dangerous for the country,” Talent, co-chairman of the Commission on the Prevention of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferation and Terrorism, told Missourinet “The fact (is) that we cannot produce vaccines quickly and we have not stockpiled the necessary vaccines or medical therapeutics to respond to a biological attack.”
-—————The commission has warned that unless steps are taken, an act of WMD terrorism is likely to occur by 2013 and that a biological incident is more likely than a nuclear strike.-———————
While the United States cannot guarantee it can prevent future biological assaults, the government can move to prepare for their repercussions, Talent said.
“One of the ways you deal with that is you have the medicine stockpiled so you can really minimize the effects of the attack,” according to Talent. “We dont have the vaccines and were not pursuing the technologies we need to get the vaccines.”
Talent said an estimated $3 billion annually was required to “protect against all the most likely kinds of pathogens.”
The federal government has adequate resources to pursue this, the former senator said. “The problem is just focusing their decision-making enough on these high priority items” (Steve Walsh, Missourinet, Jan. 4).
Talent and former U.S. Senator Bob Graham (D-Fla.), the WMD commission’s other co-chairman, yesterday called for improving U.S. medical readiness for disease crises.
It takes too long to produce flu vaccines, according to the former lawmakers. Technology for diagnosing the disease is also “outdated ... difficult, expensive and time-consuming,” they said in a Washington Post commentary.
“The really bad news is that we are far more prepared to respond to a flu outbreak than to any other biological event, natural or man-made, such as the Ebola virus,” Graham and Talent said (Graham/Talent, Washington Post, Jan. 4).

All my best wishes to both of you.
It’s no wonder we feel like sitting ducks....just waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Did I just mix my metaphors?
Thank you very much. FReepers are the best!
