The FBI had reached out to Zazi's former imam who had cooperated with them in the past in hopes of getting a line on what Zazi was up to. Zazi's imam then turned around and warned Zazi's family that the FBI was looking for him.
And this was all, of, what? A few months ago. The imam was only indicted in October of last year.

They cannot even identify the cause of the problem in an investigatory report (for fear of offending a specific religious group and its activist protective agencies) let alone actually DO something to correct the problem and show some courage, patriotism and authority to protect our nation's finest (and NO, that is NOT the radical Islamists who make no bones about their intent to keep on attacking us over and over and over again). This administration seems to have some confusion about who it is that they are supposed to be representing and protecting.

Passenger Aalim “Killer of Infidels” bin Ajeer al-jihad, a Saudi national, was briefly detained after the plane landed in Salt Lake City.
Questioned about the 2’ x 2’ sheet of plastic explosives rolled up in his prayer rug and labeled “For Jihad Use Only” Aalim replied it was actually a part of the aircraft that had fallen into his prayer mat.
Airline officials declined comment while the FBI said the crew “overreacted” in response to the non-incident.
“The safest flight is one where Muslims are not viewed unfairly” said Special Agent al-Jabbar “If you see some loose detonators on the floor, or an IED in the lavatory, or a spool trailing 30 feet of wire running down the aisle, don’t think of terrorism but rather the feelings of the Muslim you are about to offend with false accusations.”
The agent concluded by encouraging those who suspect they may have witnessed any Islamophobia to immediately call the FBI Tip Line.

Norway has been trying for years to deport a muslim terrorist...Krekar. When they finally got a court ruling, after years of litigation, to go ahead and deport him, a Norwegian government official stopped it out of fear of reprisals from other muslims. Krekar is still there.
In another instance, an entire family who had entered the country illegally was scheduled for deportation after years of litigation, so they drove OUT of the country and then re-entered illegally so the process has to start all over again. This ploy has happened in other Scandanavian countries as well.
In yet another instance, a Pakistani from outside Norway ordered and paid for the kidnapping of a twenty-six year old muslim woman who was born in Norway. It was done in broad daylight, and even though she was thrown in the trunk of a car, they had not taken her cellphone. She maintained a conversation with Norwegian police until her cellphone battery went dead, but they never found her and think she was taken out of the country the same day.
