HONOLULU -- Conservative radio talk host Rush Limbaugh was rushed to a Honolulu hospital on Wednesday afternoon with chest pains, sources told KITV.
Paramedics responded to the call at 2:41 p.m. at the Kahala Hotel and Resort.
Limbaugh suffered from chest pains, sources said. Paramedics treated him and took him to Queen's Medical Center in serious condition.
He was seen golfing at Waialae Country Club earlier this week. The country club is next to the Kahala Hotel and Resort.
The radio show host had been in the islands during the holidays. Coincidentally, his visit comes at a time when two of the nation's most powerful Democrats, President Barack Obama and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, are also staying in Hawaii.
Prayer’s going up.

My Mom has had chest pain before, gone to the doctor, turns out it was just stomach acid..sometimes stomach acid can be confused for chest pain. Either way I am glad that decided to get assistance. The quicker he is treated the better. They have to see if he has a clot, if he does he might need an stint put in. I just hope he is getting the best care. He deserves the best, because he is the best
I hope someone else answers your questions Sarah. I am unable to listen to Rush because of hearing loss, so I’m not always ‘up’ on things about him. Prayers that he will be OK!

I could be wrong but I think Hospitals treat all chest pain cases as serious condition. Could be a very mild situation God willing.

Me too, but the article said “serious” condition. It sounds like more than that.

Serious condition can mean a lot of things, (my husband is a doctor) but this apparently came from the paramedics and not a hospital spokesman?
Right now, take it to mean that he will not be released from the hospital.
Dear Lord, please watch over Rush Limbaugh. Unless it is against your plan, please keep him fully with us for decades to come.
