CAIR: Don't racial profile after airline incidents December 27, 2009 23:04 EST
SNIPPET: "WASHINGTON (AP) -- A Muslim advocacy group is urging passengers, crews and security personnel to avoid ethnic and religious "profiling" in the wake of the attempted bombing of a Northwest Airlines flight in Detroit on Christmas Day.
In a statement, Ibrahim Hooper of the Washington, D.C.-based Council on American-Islamic Relations says, "While everyone supports robust airline security measures, racial and religious profiling are in fact counterproductive and can lead to a climate of insecurity and fear.""

Is that a Muslim TSA agent checking a nun?
Ever notice at Dulles just how many Muslims are TSA agents there? A few Indians but lots and lots of Muslims..head scarfs and all.
Snips: In Nigeria, Flight 253 terror suspect Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab's homeland, 500 people died earlier this year in bloody battles between authorities and an Islamic sect billed as the "Nigerian Taliban". And three men from Mali appeared at a New York courthouse earlier this month described as the first al-Qa'ida operatives to be charged with drug trafficking through the Sahara. US authorities intend to prove that terrorists have formed a growing alliance with the drug lords that run the narco-states of West Africa.
And now in the case of the Nigerian would-be bomber, the real radicalisation may have come from the more conventional quarter of Yemen and not Africa at all.
Al Qaeda's flight 253 blueprint
Nearly two months before Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab allegedly smuggled a home-made incendiary device onto Northwest Flight 253 and tried to blow it up over Detroit on Christmas Day, al Qaedas official magazine in Yemen printed an article calling upon members of the shadowy jihadi network to use stealth tactics to attack aircraft and airports, according to a translation by terror expert Evan Kohlmann.
The article, which came out in the Oct. 29 edition of Sada al-Malahimthe official Internet-distributed publication of al Qaeda in Yemenwas written by that company's top commander, Abu Basir al-Wahinshi. Titled War is a Trick, it appeared on page 8, advising would-be al Qaeda members on how to utilize all available weapons to kill apostates and Western nationals, says Kohlmann, who released a translation of the article on Saturday.
What to do with the 95 Yemenis at Gitmo now?
Snip: The priority for this administration should not be emptying out Gitmo. It should be securing the US and defeating our enemy. Our enemy now operates with near-impunity from Yemen and has already conducted two attacks on the US, one of which resulted in 14 deaths and the other could have killed hundreds in the air and others on the ground. Allowing 95 of their allies to run back to Yemen now would demonstrate the victory of political expediency over national security. Its time to close the revolving door on Gitmo and keep the terrorists where we can make sure they dont attack Americans again.
“I am so sick of this PC crap...”

Is it the Japanese airline that now requires all passengers to use the loo before boarding so as to reduce the number of trips to the water closet so as to reduce carbon footprints in the sky? Make the planes lighter because there is a lot less p to start the flight with? They are going to have to stop serving water and other beverages too to keep the p level under control especially since now the loo can’t be used for an hour prior to final approach..
Ah the friendly skies!!!!
I would like to see them stop me using the can. I’ll piss in the aisle.
That raises a good question. Why aren’t we testing old, fat women for illegal steroid usage?
Either that or the airlines are going to have to install individual relief tubes like the pilots in fighters have.
CAIR has nothing to fear from Muslim in Cheif
Well, why don’t you answer that question for us.
Are we ever going to end this Romney crap?
If you would like to be added or dropped from the Michigan ping list, please freepmail me.
