President Barack Obama is playing basketball and working out at the gym at the Marine Base near his rented vacation home.
The president arrived at the gym at shortly before 7 a.m. Sunday. He's playing basketball with friends and staff.

I read that the Obamas worked out early on Christmas morning, did not exchange gifts and then Obama played golf. Why is no one concerned that it appears that the Obamas do not celebrate Christmas?

Especially when Michelle clearly told DC schoolkids that she DOES exchange gifts with her husband, when now it is being reported she does not....that’s a lovely couple, isn’t it, our First Couple?

No word on what the first parents got their girls, but Obama said earlier this week that they wanted books and iPod and video game “stuff.” The president also hinted that he expected maybe a tie from his daughters, but would be happy with just hugs.
