I just want to add, that over at www.HillBuzz.org they have a well researched thread up on where every former President, since Nixon, has spent their ‘in-office’ Christmases.
The Reagans ALWAYS spent the holiday at the White House (so that SS and other staff could be with their families—yes Reagon was THAT thughtful).
GHWB and GWB spent their collective twelve Christmases in office at Camp David.
The Clintons went to a ‘borrowed’ from a friend FL home once; the Fords went to the place they OWNED in Vail; Carters to Plains, GA (again they stayed on their own property); and Nixon hung out, at his friend BeBe Rebozo’s place (ie no rent) in FL.
Amazingly, only Lord Obama has felt the need to drain the federal coffers for THREE rented beachfront mansions.
And then hangs out the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign (the Detroit incident on Christmas Eve happened at 6:51a.m. Hawaii time...Barry wasn’t ‘told’ til three hours later).
Beauty sleep?!? Or dosent give a damn?!?

My theory on why the “T” word was so quickly used...the Flight originated overseas. It not the Obots’ TSA ‘fault’ its somebody (I think a helper bee personally) over at Schipol AP.

Another attempted attack on America and no one from the administration or the cabinet has seen fit to brief the American people - many of whom are traveling this Christmas weekend. Napolitano should be fired. Her and her overseas contingency operation. What a bunch of incompetents are running this country.

Amsterdam officials said the U.S. cleared the passenger list so zero isn’t off the hook just yet. He is going to pay dearly for the decision to try those terrorists in NYC. What happened on Christmas Day is a stark reminder to people. After the terror reporters come through with the updates and the network switches to the resort scenery in Hawaii, it makes him look very bad.

The Christmas picture, in a moment of thanking Christ for his sacrifice for all of us seems to be lacking.
I thought the President’s speech to the nation was inspiring and reassuring.
His involvement in making sure we are safe from islamic terrorists is so deep that we can be assured we are all safe.
