If the GOP retakes at least one house of Congress next year, I expect the following to happen:
In late November or early December, Hillary will resign as Secretary of State, citing a desire to “spend more time with her husband.” She will promptly begin to put together a campaign team, and will challenge Obama for the nomination in 2012. She will defeat him.
The presidential election would then likely be Hillary vs. Sarah.

He correctly perceives this as being the only way he can win.

I’m sure he’ll run, too. The man has the biggest ego I’ve ever seen coupled with a narcissism that makes him wholly unable to see people no longer think of him as a God, just a guy with a sycophant press and a creative teleprompter.
