July and the tea parties marked the beginning of Obama’s decline. Health care was supposed to be over then, remember? Then immigration and cap and trade.
The tea party movement changed the direction of the massive lib win in 2008 and did it record time.
This is the reason congress is facing passing this abomination against the wishes of the majority of the American people.
It is foolish to give up now, and foolish to denigrate the great success of the tea party movement. Now is the time to rachet it up and build on its success.

Haaaary and Chris Dodd can high five all they want now because they won’t be reelected, they were sunk even before this vote.
They haven’t worked because the Dems simply do not care about the people and are willing to behave in the most immoral fashion to get their way.
But we can create problems for them. This is not smooth sailing for them by any measure. It has to get through the house and that could be a big problem for several reasons.
So don’t give up and don’t lay down and mourn for our country. Or if you do, do it like I did...yesterday when I first heard about Ben Nelson being bought off so obscenely. I ranted, raved, then got really sad in my anger. And after I was done, got back to work.
It’s tragic that we’re at this place but this fight is NOT over by any measure, regardless of how the left will try to pant an air of inevitability around it.
I was a defeatist early this year because it seemed we weren’t going to win anything. And by all rights we should not have.
But the truth is we’ve won quite a bit. Here we are in DECEMBER and Reid is having the vote in the dead of night with Senators he literally had to pay off to cobble together his “victory.”
They barely got to this point...and they have a super majority.
That tells me we are having an effect. But we do need to alter our strategy based on the changing circumstances.

I am still incredulous that they are going to vote for final passage of this evil thing on CHRISTMAS EVE. Unconscionable on so many levels...
Reid declaring “we are about to make history” reminded me of Gordon Currie in the Left behind movie as Nicolae Carpathia aka the antichrist, when he takes over the Un and says “we’re about to make history”—the same vibe.
