I don’t know how any judge could set bail, period, for someone accused of child rape and with a criminal history a mile long.
It’s beyond belief. If that’s the law, then we need a total reform of the law from top to bottom!

Yeah, really.
This article was the most informative I’ve found so far of the entire process. Thought others here would be interested in reading it.

I agree totally. Something’s terribly wrong when they let free a suspect in child rape.

He started a landscaping business, according to his statements in his mental health evaluation. He moved in with his wife and had a child with her. There were two other children in the family.
Gradually, he bought five houses one in Arkansas, four in Washington
Landscaping business, eh? He bought 5 houses while mowing lawns?
(Now where did I put my BS meter?)

"Two psychologists from Western State Hospital, Melissa Dannelet and Carl Redick, concluded Clemmons was dangerous. " LET'S NOT JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS PEOPLE! THEY MIGHT BE WRONG!
Its only two egg-head psychologists after all.

A typical child rape-2 defendant is summonsed into court, not even arrested, Blinn said Monday. A lot of them are released on their personal recognizance.I don't know what rape-2 entails, but this appears patently absurd. Not arrested? Released on their own recognizance? For child rape?

Not only M. Huckabee but also the judge who gave this monster such low bail should be held accountable.
To: Deo volente
I dont know how any judge could set bail, period, for someone accused of child rape and with a criminal history a mile long.Apparently, here's the answer: "The Washington constitution and local court rules dictate that all offenses short of capital crimes are 'bailable'. I don't know what 'capital crimes are, but I would think child rape would qualify.

It was a capital crime in FL and LA until a few years ago, although no such sentences had been given out for it.

The left will excuse him, just as they excused the Ft Hood murderer. Psycho-chiatrists will call him crazy.
In the warped mind of a leftist, no dark skinned person is ever guilty of any crime committed through hatred for Whites.

It seems like I get into more trouble for a traffic ticket that some of these career criminals get into for the serious stuff.
Perhaps it is because I pay my fines.
